The new album, This Christmas, will be released on November 13th and bring together the two stars for the first time in 30 years. In the footage, obtained by TMZ, Nicki is clearly furious ... shouting, "I told them I'm not f*ckin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there." Sources say Nicki later threatened to "knock out" Mariah ... but she said it before the video starts. It all went down while the two were sitting at the judge's table ... with Keith Urban sitting in between them and Randy Jackson sitting on the far end, next to Mariah. We're told the whole thing exploded over a disagreement over a contestant's performance. Listen closely as you play the video ... you'll hear Nicki Get this s**t in self control. Get in control. Get in control. Mariah is talking back at Nicki but it's hard to hear what she's saying. According to our friends at MouthToEars.com, producers ended the auditions for the day so the two judges could cool down. We've confirmed that happened. Big wigs on the show seem uncharacteristically upset by the blow up. It seems producers are worried about Mariah and Nicki co-existing for the long haul. Watch the video here.
We're told the final, tiny finishing touches are being put on their deals, but the announcement will be made this week. After teaming up for "The Lady Is A Tramp" off of Bennett's 2002 album, Duets II, the duo is getting ready to record together again. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Bennett says she actually reached out to him. "Of all things, she called me from New Zealand and said, 'I want to do a jazz album with you,'" he told the mag. "And I said, 'You got it!' So that's one of the things we're gonna do." more on this story
The Soundgarden frontman and his wife Vicky hired Elia Mora to clean their house back in 2006 and everything seemed hunky dory, that is until the day after XMAS last year. Elia finished up for the day and went home. According to Mora's lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Vicky needed Elia to return to do more work, but Elia declined. Elia claims that's when Vicky went nuts on her, berating her with a barrage of insults and then firing her. So get this. Elia now claims she worked 43 hours a week and never got overtime. She also says she never got uninterrupted 30-minute lunches, and she never got uninterrupted 10-minute rest periods. So Elia plans to clean up ... but this time in court. more on this story

I was lucky enough a few years ago to get the opportunity to write with the lovely Paul Barry. At the time I was going through a rough break up and arrived at the studio having had about 5 minutes sleep the night before. Several coffees later Paul started playing a really lovely riff on the guitar and I started humming a melody. I'd love to say that the lyrics wrote themselves but I never find that to be the case. I can spend days, sometimes weeks agonizing over lyrics. I love the details that Carly Simon adds to her songs and the imagery that she creates out of the mundane normality's of life. That's what I wanted to achieve in the verses. The inspiration for the middle 8 came from something that my mum said to me. When I was telling her about the song she said that it reminded her of an advert she'd seen; a picture of the world with each person represented by a light. It's comforting to know that when you're pacing the floorboards in the middle of the night you're not alone; somewhere probably just around the corner someone else is doing the same thing. It's a really simple honest song and that was the approach that we took with the recording...It's all about the guitar riffin' and the words. Hearing is believing. The series, slated to appear on the TLC network in 2013, will document the singer's life and struggles, according to TMZ. The show will follow the Grammy-winning performer as she deals with raising a daughter, health issues that include her long battle with sickle cell anemia and a brain tumor, and relaunching her singing career. more on this story
The incident occurred July 30, outside a restaurant where Barnes and his wife, "Basketball Wives"star Gloria Govan just had dinner. Officer David Gibbons was waiting for 2 hours for Barnes to exit the restaurant. When Barnes emerged, Gibbons told him he was under arrest for an outstanding warrant -- driving on a suspended license. Barnes asked to see the warrant and Gibbons said he'll see it when he gets to jail. Barnes said if Gibbons didn't produce the warrant he was leaving. Barnes started to walk and Gibbons ordered him to stop. Apparently Gibbons then grabbed Barnes, who said, "Touch me and see what happens." Barnes called Gibbons a bitch, Gibbons cuffed Barnes and in the process Barnes tried to give his wife the keys. Gibbons grabbed Barnes' arm and Barnes pulled away. That's when Gibbons placed Barnes under felony arrest for resisting an officer. The two have a history. We've learned Gibbons stopped Barnes twice before -- on May 19 Gibbons impounded Barnes' car because he was driving on a suspended license. Barnes, whose ankle was injured, asked for a ride and Gibbons refused. Barnes angrily describes the incident on the tape of the July arrest. As for the case -- the D.A. refused to file the felony resisting arrest charge. Barnes pled no contest to misdemeanor interfering with a cop and driving while not in possession of a license. We broke the story, Scrappy was locked up in Georgia Monday for violating his probation stemming from a 2008 marijuana possession case. But nearly 2 weeks before he was arrested, Scrappy filed documents with the DeKalb County Superior Court, begging the judge to recall the warrant for his arrest. In the docs, Scrappy admits he failed to check in with his probation officer on August 9, 2012 ... but says it was an honest mistake because he had been on non-reporting status for 1.5 years and didn't know a check-in date had been scheduled. Scrappy insists he has otherwise been a model probationer and wants his arrest warrant recalled ASAP. The judge hadn't ruled on Scrappy's request by the time the rapper had a run-in with police Monday, which is why he was arrested and taken to jail. Scrappy is expected to go in front of a judge sometime in the near future ... but for now, he remains behind bars. more on this story
Tyson turned heads (not his own) when he showed up to a media event in Vegas this weekend sporting a neck brace. The former champ reportedly had titanium pins put in his neck to add support to a degenerative disk. Tyson's rep tells us, "Its a very common surgery, especially for athletes." The rep adds, "He feels great ... just has to wear the neck brace to keep everything stable for the next 3 weeks." By then Tyson should be able to resume his usual activities ... which we imagine involves wrestling tigers and crushing cars with his bare hands. more on this story
One of the callers told the 911 operator, "We're driving on the Vincent Thomas Bridge and there's a man who just jumped off the bridge into the ocean." The caller, who was pretty calm, says she witnessed the whole thing ... and described the man as a bald white man who appeared to be in his 30s. "He was at the very highest point of the bridge." Another caller phoned 911 before Tony jumped ... and chronicled Tony's climb to the top of the bridge. As we reported, 68-year-old Scott leaped off the Vincent Thomas Bridge on August 19th in broad daylight and in full view of several boaters. Reports surfaced following Scott's death that brain cancer was the reason behind the suicide -- but Scott family sources have told TMZ that isn't the case ... Scott didn't even have brain cancer. A suicide note was left on the scene, but it does not explain any motive behind the suicide. Listen to the 911 call here.
Bow Wow and baby mama Joie Chavis were in court Monday, fighting over exactly how much Bow Wow is worth and how much he has to pay. After some haggling, Bow Wow voluntarily agreed to shell out $3,000 a month in support for baby Shai. Bow Wow told the judge ... he makes $4,000 a month working as an employee at Cash Money Records, and that's it. He testified he leases a Jeep and has a grand total of $1,500 in his checking account. So here's the question -- if he makes $4,000 a month before taxes, how can he afford to pay $3,000 a month in child support? We'll here's an answer ... After the court hearing was concluded, Bow Wow was officially named host of BET's long-running and influential hip hop show, "106 & Park." Bow Wow made no mention of this in court. The judge will have some tough questions for Bow Wow in December, when the court rules on a permanent child support order. In the meantime, the judge also ordered Bow Wow to pay $11,500 in back child support. more on this story
McLean was pulled over in Hollywood around 1 AM when the LAPD noticed a problem with his license plates. Once the boybander got out of the car, the plea for mercy was on ... with McLean explaining how he just wrapped up a concert tour ... and simply didn't realize there was a problem. During the stop, McLean brings up the tour several times ... making sure the cop knew how big of a star he is. Unfortunately, the officer seemed to be more of a New Kids on the Block fan ... and at one point, McLean says, "We actually just got off tour with them." So how did it end? Turns out, McLean's registration was fine -- but the cop issued AJ a citation for not having the proper proof of insurance. more on this story
Taylor's been renting the 4,800 sq. ft. Holmby Hills home since 2008 -- and it's been featured prominently on "Real Housewives" ever since -- but sources close to the reality star tell TMZ, she recently received a call from her landlord informing her the owners wish to make a sale. The house was listed last week for $3.7 million. Sources close to the owners -- who purchased the home in 2006 for $1.65 million -- tell us Taylor's been a great tenant ... it's just time to make a change. Taylor tells us, "It's been a fabulous home for my family, and I'm looking forward to something new and stunning for [my daughter] and me." It's unclear where Taylor plans to move, but until the owners actually sell the place ... we're told she ain't budging. more on this story
