Our photog spotted the Aerosmith rocker last night leaving an L.A. restaurant and when we asked him if the entire feud was BS, he scoffed and said ... well, watch the video and you'll see. And just in case you had hopes the scarfed one might make an "A.I." return some day ... Tyler proclaimed he'd never go back. Watch the video here.

As TMZ first reported, the former Kansas City Chief was busted in Las Vegas early Friday morning after an argument with a woman allegedly turned violent. The woman claims Johnson strangled her until she nearly blacked out. But Johnson claims the story is BS. He tells TMZ the woman -- who he says was just an old acquaintance -- would not leave his hotel room after a night of partying at Bank Nightclub. Johnson says the woman began to kick and slap him as he tried to remove her. Johnson says once he got her outside the room, she began to try and kick the door down -- which Johnson feels should have been caught on surveillance cameras, proving she was never near unconsciousness. The former running back also tells TMZ he tried to tell cops his side of the story, but they wanted no part of it ... saying he felt his prior arrests influenced their behavior. He tells TMZ, "I know people will try to pass judgement on me from my previous record but I didn't do what I am being charged with." more on this story
Law enforcement sources tell us, both agencies are taking the package's threat very seriously ... and are looking into the possibility that the latest incident is connected to the white powder scare back in 2010. As we reported, a package containing a white powdery substance was opened on the CBS lot in West Hollywood Wednesday, addressed to Bristol. The package also contained a note, demanding Bristol be removed from the show ... or else. Initial tests in the field revealed the powder was not harmful ... just like in 2010, when a suspicious letter was sent to CBS containing a similar threat about Bristol. more on this story

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the emergency teletext -- intended for deaf people as an alternative to 911 -- resulted in a massive police response to Ashton's home, involving dozens of heavily-armed officers. We're told units from multiple divisions were called to the scene -- hell, the LAPD even dispatched a helicopter -- all for nothing. We're told the incident will cost taxpayers at least $10,000 -- though cops are still ascertaining the full extent of squandered resources. As we reported, whoever sent the teletext message claimed to be locked inside Ashton's home while several armed Russian men robbed the place. The message claimed several shots were fired in the house. When cops arrived, they discovered the house was occupied by three people -- people working on Ashton's house. The LAPD and the city have vowed to go after the culprit for restitution. more on this story
2Eleven tells us, he had no idea Game even wanted to fight him -- but last Thursday at Weezy's 30th birthday celebration at a Hollywood nightclub, 2Eleven says Game sucker punched him out of nowhere in the back of the head. TMZ posted video footage of the aftermath. 2Eleven says it came as a total shock -- because he had been sitting at the same table with Game, Birdman and others for a full hour with no problems. As we reported, Game's telling the opposite story -- saying 2Eleven was talking smack, and that's what started it -- but 2Eleven insists he was just minding his own business. 2Eleven says he has no plans to press charges -- telling TMZ, "I just want to put out the true story." more on this story
Sources close to Cissy tell us, Cissy feels Bobbi is currently surrounded by numerous negative influences -- including her boyfriend Nick Gordon and father Bobby Brown -- who will drain Bobbi's fortune given half the chance. We're told Cissy also feels 19-year-old Bobbi is still extremely impressionable right now -- and if left unchecked with millions of dollars, Bobbi could end up going off the rails ... eventually dying just like Whitney. According to sources, Cissy wants to wait until Bobbi has matured significantly more before she gets her money ... an estate estimated at $20 million ... though it's unclear how long she wants her to wait. As for allegations Cissy is trying to withhold Bobbi's fortune to hoard the money for herself -- Cissy is telling friends that's total BS ... that's it's about protecting her family. As we reported, Cissy and Whitney's sister-in-law Pat Houston filed a request this week to modify Whitney's will -- in order to change the distribution schedule of the estate. more on this story
Joe was at The Palms Thursday when a hotel guest recognized the famous dad and aimed his camera in Joe's direction. Jackson allegedly went ballistic, screaming "Don't take pictures of me!" The guest claims Joe lunged at him, making contact. Joe almost got more publicity than the time he announced he signed a new rap artist days after Michael died ... because the guest called security and demanded to get Vegas cops involved. But Joe got a reprieve ... by the time cops arrived the guest cooled down and decided not to press charges. But here's the thing. We don't think the guest got his picture, so here you go
Law enforcement sources tell us, authorities responded to a 911 call from Kendra's home this Wednesday around 5pm -- and when they arrived, her son Hank Baskett IV was just coming to. We're told the son was transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention, and released shortly after. According to sources, the doctor told Kendra her son had suffered loss of consciousness due to overheating ... from running around the house ... and it's pretty common in children, especially in hot weather. Don't worry, this story has a happy ending -- the kid made a complete recovery and is now doing just fine. more on this story
Five years after the demise of "Hogan Knows Best," Linda will return to the world of reality to appear on the season premiere of TLC's show "Brides of Beverly Hills" -- even though she's not a bride (or even close to being one). Sources close to the production tell us, 53-year-old Linda was originally booked on the reality show while still engaged to her 23-year-old ex Charley Hill ... but that relationship bit the dust back in May. We're told, despite no longer having a wedding to plan for, Linda still wanted to tape her special episode -- which features her "search for the perfect gown." We spoke to Linda and she tells us ... she wanted to do "BOBH" regardless of her situation, because it shows "the other side of weddings" -- and that sometimes they don't work out. more on this story
Scherzinger made headlines this week, when a clip of her upcoming VH1 "Behind the Music" special revealed her true feelings about the girl group -- specifically Nicole claims to have sang 95% of PCD's songs on their first album (below). TMZ spoke former Pussycat Doll Kaya Jones -- who does NOT out right deny the claim -- but is adamant ... the only reason Nicole sang lead vocals for everything, is because "there was a lot more going on behind the scenes." Kaya -- who starred in the group from 2003-06 with Nicole -- says, "Nicole was always someone who wanted to be in the spotlight and would do pretty much anything to get it." She adds, "To call the other girls in the Pussycat Dolls 'window dressings' is a bit farfetched ... every girl in the group was talented." more on this story
B.W. leased a 2005 Ferrari F430 back in 2008. It didn't take long for the rapper to fall behind, because in February, 2009, the leasing company sued him and got a judgment for $216,084. Since getting the judgment, the leasing company has been on the hunt for payment, using a collection agent to track down Bow Wow. Mr. Wow never paid, and now with interest the judgment has swelled to $283,785. Bow Wow told the custody judge he only had $1,500 in his bank account and leases a jeep. Wow, maybe Bow was telling the truth. more on this story
We broke the story ... Sapp filed for Chapter 7 earlier this year after claiming he was millions of dollars in debt. He was forced to hand over nearly all of his possessions to a trustee, who's been tasked with selling the items to pay off Sapp's creditors. But now, according to new legal docs filed in the bankruptcy case, Sapp has struck a deal with the trustee -- which will allow him to buy back a bunch of his old belongings ... including furniture, jewelry, a storage container and the rights to his missing 2002 Super Bowl ring (if it ever turns up). All Sapp has to do is get a judge to sign off on the arrangement -- and pony up $69,284.58 in one lump sum. Fortunately for shoe freaks, the trustee is NOT giving Sapp the chance to buy back his massive Air Jordan collection ... estimated to be worth $50k. As of now, the shoes are still on track to be sold. more on this story

Misplaced is about detachment... the kind of detachment one often experiences with profound self realization. The song was written during a pretty manic period during which I experienced a shift in consciousness. This shift enabled me to view the world in almost a child-like way. I was able to really experience things as they were happening and perceive them without labeling or judgement. Everything felt perfect to me - that things were just as they should be. However, the process of experiencing this shift actually resulted in quite a bit of turmoil. I was diagnosed with bi polar disorder and then just went away for a little while. So, the chorus of the song is quite literal and describes when I left my home and was taken to a place to rehabilitate... "the driver pulled away, and took me to a place, where the misplaced go... to try to figure out, what we're all about so we fit in and where to begin." However, while the main theme is detachment, the feeling of separateness and of feeling out of place, the experience did ultimately end on a more positive note... because even though some people look at it as a disorder, I realized that the experience for me really was quite spiritual and if looked at and treated as such it could be the catalyst to leading a more fulfilling and gratifying life. Watch the video here Devil That I Know I actually wrote Devil That I know with Glen Phillps several years ago - it was recorded with the help of producer Ethan Allen and the vocal talents of Lucy Schwartz. I was never quite sure what I was going to do with it until I was assembling tracks for Shift and it seemed silly not to include it. As for the subject, the theme is not particularly uncharted territory for me. It has to do with the struggle between one's honest nature and their ego driven self and how whenever you are acting from your egoic self you will always miss the mark. I often find myself in that struggle and though I usually know what I should do, still there are times where my ego takes over. So, I guess ultimately, the song is about relenting and saying "f**k it" to all the spiritual and mystical searching and just going with the good old devil that you know! Hearing is believing. Listen to the song right here!
