Two of Octo's previous nannies went to Child Protective Services last month, alleging that Nadya would barricade her kids in their room so she could take a nap and that there was sexual abuse among the children. But TMZ spoke with Terry, who has been working for Octo for about a month now (since Octo moved to her new home in Palmdale). Terry says she's never seen anything like what the former nannies alleged to police, telling TMZ, "As far as I see, she's a good mom. She's got more patience than anyone I know." TMZ has also obtained photos inside Octo's new home ... which she says show her home is nothing like what her prior nannies claimed it was like. As TMZ first reported, Octo vehemently denies the allegations of abuse against her and her children and the Orange County D.A.'s Office rejected the case, citing a lack of evidence. more on this story

"It was very out of character for me and I deeply regret what I said. I feel very protective toward Mariah Carey who has gone through many difficulties in her life and I spoke without thinking." As previously reported, Brad is purchasing a cow for the Masai Tribe in Kenya, and to do so, he's sent WYCD Detroit's Steve Grunwald to Africa to personally purchase and deliver the cow to the tribe, who are situated several hours' drive outside of Nairobi. The cow's name? "Paisley," of course. When the members of Rascal Flatts heard about Grunwald's trip, they immediately wanted to participate. So now they are having Grunwald purchase three additional cows to be delivered along with "Paisley." Find out their names and more here.

56-year-old Peter Robbins -- who voiced Charlie in the 1960s "Peanuts" specials -- telling us, "What's the point? If it's to reintroduce the character of Charlie Brown to a new generation, it's been passed on successfully for 46 years. That's the beauty of it." Robbins -- famous for voicing Charlie's trademark "AAUGGGHH!!" -- says, "If they were so creative why don't they come up with some new characters." He adds, "It just seems to me they're trying to steal the thunder of these great classics, and from what I can tell, they're not qualified." "It's perfect the way it is." But not every former member of the "Peanuts" gallery is a hater -- the original voice of Pig-Pen (Geoffrey Ornstein) tells us, he can't wait to see it. But he'll have to wait a while -- it's not due out til 2015. Good grief. more on this story
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she has been close to Walters for years and that Barbara reached out to her about doing an interview when it was announced she'd playing Liz Taylor in the upcoming "Liz & Dick" biopic. We're told LiLo has been hesitant about sit-down interviews because she fears being asked questions she's not prepared for. But our sources say Lindsay trusts Barbara not to take things too far. According to our sources, Lindsay and Barbara will sit down sometime in the next few weeks. We're told the interview will focus on the parallels between the lives of Lindsay and Liz Taylor -- things like child stardom, a rough childhood, living life in the public, and also dealing with addiction. Our sources say the plan is for the interview to air next month to coincide with the premiere of "Liz & Dick." more on this story

Robertson -- who called it quits with "Bachelor" Ben Flajnik last week -- hit up a Neil Lane jewelry store in L.A. Sunday to say sayonara to the 3-carat rock. We're told the ring ended up back at Neil Lane since "Bachelors" and "Bachelorettes" don't foot the bill for their own marital swag -- i.e. when the relationship goes away, so does the bling. But Court's not shedding too many tears over the loss (of the ring or Ben) -- considering she was recently seen sucking face with "Bachelorette" cast-off Arie Luyendyk Jr. more on this story

According to the suit, Rezai refused to terminate the lease agreement and demanded September's rent -- but Tyga still wouldn't ante up. What's worse, Rezai claims Tyga still hadn't vacated the premises by September 30th ... and the rapper allegedly continues to live there. We called Tyga for his side of the story, but were unable to reach him. Rezai is suing for the past-due rent, plus damages, and he wants Tyga booted from the home ASAP. more on this story
