"I don't believe it," Hudson told us at LAX this weekend ... adding, "I think it's just for ratings for the show." Hudson isn't just a former "Idol" finalist -- she's appeared on the show multiple times over the years ... and even performed on "A.I." back in April. And Jennifer isn't the only superstar who thinks the judges' feud is fake -- "The Voice" star Cee Lo also thinks the fight could have been staged for publicity. more on this story

Fuente and his band The Shadows will hit the stage at 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville tonight (Oct 16) at 7pm. Fans not in Nashville can watch the show streaming live here. Fuente is also offering fans a free download of the song "No By Now" here. "I sat down at the drawing board shortly after my time on 'The Voice' and was trying to figure out where I wanted to go creatively with my first EP as a solo artist," explains Fuente. "I started listening back to some of the music that inspired me to get into music in the first place. I grew up around a lot of R&B as well as 80's pop. I grew up listening to everything from Tears For Fears to Duran Duran; Michael Jackson to obscure pop bands like Cock Robin. When I was listening back to some of those early inspirations, I thought that it would be really cool to write and record something that set me back in a time and place where I discovered my love for music. 1983 is the year I was born." more on this story
Adrienne's chef Bernie Guzman -- who has appeared on several episodes of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- just posted the eight photos on his Facebook page, strongly insinuating Paul is responsible for the injuries. Bernie wrote several messages on his wall as he posted the photos, saying, "ADRIENNE MALOOF WAS PUSHED TO THE GROUND. PUNCHED & BEATEN ... HE IS A BEAST." Bernie goes on: "THIS IS ABOUT SAVING THE LIFE. OF A MOTHER AND HER CHILDREN ... EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THESE PICTURES ... NOW!" Dr. Nassif's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "Any suggestion that the photos show my client struck Adrienne Maloof is a complete fabrication." Singer goes on, "No physical assault ever occurred." As for how Adrienne suffered the injuries, Singer said, "I can't speculate how these marks occurred. I know the woman does martial arts." more on this story

Nelly tells TMZ, "It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning." As TMZ first reported, police in Sierra Blanca, Texas say they found 36 baggies of heroin, more than 10 pounds of weed, and a loaded .45 caliber pistol. We're told a passenger on the bus, Brian Keith Jones, was arrested after admitting the drugs and the weapon were his. Nelly adds, "Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual." Law enforcement sources tell TMZ field tests of the drugs in the baggies confirmed it was heroin -- but sources close to Nelly claim it was ecstasy. more on this story
We're told the D.A. booted the case this morning after concluding there was insufficient evidence to warrant further action. As we previously reported, Octo's two former nannies claimed that an older child was sexually abusing a younger one and when they told Octo about it she simply said, "Don't worry." The D.A. rejected other claims by the nannies, including the one alleging Octo locked her children in a room so she could get some peace and quiet outside. more on this story
Sources close to the Lohans tell TMZ Dina's taking her war with Michael to the next level -- urging Lindsay to ask a judge for the protection order to stop her father from having any contact with her whatsoever ... including phone calls, texts, and emails. Dina's push to legally freeze out Michael comes on the heels of Lindsay's tearful statement -- on TMZ Live -- that she is "done" with her father. But according to our sources ... LiLo's not down with Dina's plan because she thinks the protection order is too extreme -- and she ain't exactly keen on the idea of marching into a courtroom. Understandable. We're told Dina has approached her other children as well (Cody, Ali, and Michael Jr.) ... but it's unclear if they were receptive to the idea. We called Michael for comment, and ... predictably ... he thinks Dina is the danger to the Lohan kids -- telling us, "I suppose Dina got wind that I want the court and Child Protective Services to investigate her!" more on this story
You'll recall, rapper Nelly's tour bus was pulled over at the notorious checkpoint Wednesday night -- and police claim they found heroin and mass amounts of marijuana on board. A passenger on the bus (not Nelly) fessed up to owning the drugs, and was placed under arrest. But the Nelly incident was only the latest in a long string of celebrity drug busts at Sierra Blanca -- the list also includes Fiona Apple, Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg ... it goes on and on. Now, several bus companies tell TMZ, they're aware of the potential risks associated with driving through Sierra Blanca, so they're warning their drivers to stay alert and keep an eye out for any contraband on board their buses. One company says their drivers now inform passengers about the checkpoint ahead of time, giving them "a warning to abandon all illicit items if they do happen to sneak some aboard." Meanwhile, another says, "It's just idiotic. Just plain idiotic to risk having something like that on board. You'd have to be stupid to allow that kind of stuff on the bus. That's why we make sure that doesn't happen on our line." more on this story

June and her daughter Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- just appeared on "TMZ Live" ... when we asked how they handled being spoofed on shows like "South Park" and "Saturday Night Live." June's response -- "Me being a big person, I didn't take offense ... that show is just not a show that I would want to be on in the first place." She added, "Just the way they portrayed the show ... it was kinda trashy." June, Alana and the rest of the gang were mocked hard in the "South Park" ep -- in which Honey Boo Boo got a heart transplant ... with a pig heart ... after eating too much 'sketti and butter." more on this story
