Love tells us ... he was parking his car near Supperclub, when he saw Katt ... and they got into it over a $50,000 debt Katt allegedly owes him. Love says, "Once the argument escalated, Katt went to his car to go get his gun to pull it out on me." "Fortunately, one of my homeboys who was there took the gun out of Katt's hands." Faizon continues, "Come to find out the gun he pulled out on me was not even loaded. My homeboy gave it back to him ... then we went in the club." Minutes later, Williams was arrested for a possible gun violation ... but Love insists he is NOT the person who called the cops. "I am just extremely upset that his punk ass would pull a gun out on me and even play with me like that," Love says ... adding, "He better chill his ass out." Katt was released from custody that night. After being released, Williams told us he did nothing wrong. As for Faizon's allegations -- we reached out to Katt ... so far no response.

Of course, the "crowd" in question is the Juggalos -- a group which the FBI has classified as a dangerous street gang. ICP says the FBI is wrong ... they're just REALLY passionate fans. A rep for ICP tells TMZ ... the group had booked the Royal Oak Music Theater for the venue of their "Hallowicked" show -- and it had nearly sold out when suddenly the venue decided to cancel the event. ICP is convinced ROMT backed out at the behest of the police ... who raised several issues, including the FBI's assessment of the Juggalos as a gang. The Royal Oak Police Dept. tells TMZ ... they never FORCED the venue to cancel, but did ask them to "reconsider" because of the "the type of crowd they bring." The cops tell us ... they were also "concerned about the amount of resources they had available that night." ICP has since relocated their show to The Fillmore theater in Detroit -- and insist "Halloween will not be spoiled." more on this story

The double-header episode features Raitt and Staples each performing separate sets, before teaming up on the ACL stage for an inspired rendition of Randy Newman's "Losing You." ACL Executive Producer Terry Lickona says, "What's not to love about Bonnie Raitt and Mavis Staples? Bonnie brings more of the same magic she did on her first appearance 30 years ago. Mavis doesn't have to prove anything, but she delivers the performance of a lifetime, and together they rank as one of ACL's best shows." more on this story

The kids are responding to a lawsuit filed by Kim's mom Karen Zolciak -- who wanted the court to FORCE Kim to let her spend time with her granddaughters. In her docs, Karen had claimed Kim cut her off from the kids back in 2011 ... simply because she used an off-limits indoor bathroom instead of a porta-potty at Kim's televised wedding to NFL player Kroy Biermann. Now, Kim's kids -- Ariana and Brielle Zolciak (ages 11 & 15) -- have submitted sworn affidavits to the court ... in which they beg the judge to shut Grandma down, explaining, "We both love our grandparents, but due to their actions at the wedding of [Kim and Kroy] ... we have grown apart." The girls say they have no real desire to see their grandparents ... and insist they have too much going on in their lives to be forced to hang with Granny for overnight visitations. In the docs, the girls also fire back at Grandma's claims that Kim pushes them into the spotlight -- saying, "We do not live a crazy or abnormal life. We are not forced to appear on television with our mother." The girls -- and Kim -- are asking the judge to throw out Karen's case. Kim also wants her mom to pay for her legal costs. more on this story
