Adele Has Baby Boy?

At press time, the UK singer had yet to officially announce the new addition to her family but a family source tells People, "We are all over the moon".

In June, the singer shared her forthcoming baby news with fans, writing on her blog, "I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx." more on this story

Lindsay Lohan Intervention Details Surface

The emails are between Michael, Evan Hainey (LiLo's manager) Dave Feldman (entertainment lawyer) and Shawn Holley (criminal defense lawyer). The emails were sent between Sept. 23rd and Oct. 18th (the day before Michael's intervention).

Michael emailed Evan and Shawn on Sept. 23rd, claiming he had been informed by several people Lindsay was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day" adding, "I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau."

Michael continues, "She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!"

Michael then pleads, "I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!"

LiLo's manager Evan responds the same day to Michael and Shawn, "I am hearing the same things." Evan continues, Lindsay will fly back to L.A. Oct 15th -- and they should plan an intervention for that week.

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn responds unequivocally, "Let's do it."

On Oct. 12th Michael and LiLo's entertainment lawyer, Dave, sent multiple emails to each other -- planning a conference call with a well-known interventionist, named Earl Hightower.

Then on Oct. 18th (the day before the intervention) Michael sent an email to Evan ... revealing a plan to confront LiLo at her Bev Hills home.

According to text messages from Oct 19th, which we have also seen, the group decided Michael would confront LiLo FIRST ... and everyone else would show up afterwards.

TMZ broke the story ... the emergency intervention floundered -- Michael showed up to Lindsay's pad, but she turned him away and called the cops ... which put a kabosh on the whole thing. more on this story

Blink-182's Travis Barker Believes Police Profiled Him

Travis was on his way to pick up his daughter in L.A. Wednesday, when he got pulled over for not having a front license plate on his custom Chevy.

According to Barker's rep ... the officer gave him the ole once-over, saw his head-to-toe tatts ... and "then accused him of having drugs and weapons in the car."

Barker's rep tells TMZ ... he was also accused of having gang ties, and was asked to have his car searched by the officer -- which Barker allowed him to do.

Barker's rep tells TMZ , the drummer ultimately got off with a fix-it ticket -- but he's still angry because the same exact thing happened about a year ago ... when an LAPD officer slapped him with a ticket for no plates and tinted windows.

Barker believes profiling is NOT okay -- but acknowledges that not all cops do it.

TMZ spoke with an LAPD rep who refused to comment on Travis' profiling accusation. The rep did say Travis is welcome to come in to any station to sit down and talk about the situation. more on this story

Prince Going After Collection Agency

According to the suit ... Capital Asset Protection made two withdrawls from Prince's bank accounts back in June in the amount of $105,949.14 and $10,278.94.

CAP was collecting the money for a lawsuit Prince previously lost over a music production contract.

But in the new documents, filed Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court, Prince says a judge vacated that original judgement in October, 2011 ... thereby erasing his debt to the production company.

So, according to the suit, CAP collected on a debt that didn't exist. Oops.

Prince is suing to get back his $116,228.12 ... plus interest. more on this story

Christina Aguilera Offered Big Money By Big And Beautiful Dating Site

The person behind the offer is former "America's Next Top Model" winner Whitney Thompson -- the first plus-size model to even win the show.

Whitney now runs TheBigandTheBeautiful.com -- and fired off a letter to Aguilera, saying she's extremely interested locking down Christina as the spokesperson for the website, which is "specifically designed for women with curves."

As part of the deal, Aguilera would agree to at least one TV commercial, one radio commercial, two photo shoots, and four public appearances. She also wants Christina to sing a jingle for the website.

Christina has previously said she's proud of her new "curves," but it's unclear yet if she's too proud to take the money. more on this story

Nicki Minaj Releases The Boys Video

"The Boys ft. Cassie" is the lead track from the forthcoming album reissue of her spring 2012 project of the same name.

The reissue is expected to have five to eight new tracks including one featuring Lil Wayne. Watch the video here.

The singer is also holding a contest for fans to create their own version of the clip.

Conflicting Sam Lutfi Claims About Britney Spears Head-Shaving

TMZ shot video of Lutfi back in 2010, and we asked him about the incident. Sam NEVER said anything about drugs. To the contrary, he told our photog he thought Britney shaving her head was "a cool thing ... somebody expressing their artistic side."

Lutfi went on ... "I think she was just expressing her independence and her freedom ... there's nothing wrong with Britney. She's awesome."

Was Sam lying to us and just protecting Britney ... or is he lying in court? Either way, he's lying about something. Watch the video here.

Faizon Love Feared Katt Williams Was Going To Kill Him

Love called into TMZ Live Friday to explain what went down Tuesday night -- when Katt pulled a gun on him at a parking lot outside Supperclub in Hollywood.

Love says ... when Katt pointed the weapon at him, he 100% feared getting shot, explaining ... "When someone pulls a gun and they on that narcotics ... you don't know what's gonna happen."

One of Love's homeboys managed to snatch the gun from Katt -- and discovered it was unloaded.

Katt was arrested that night for a possible gun violation, but was later released from custody -- and no charges have been filed.

As for what caused the beef, Faizon wouldn't say. It's something that happened 6 months ago, but he insists it was NOT about money. more on this story

Miss Howard Stern Arrested

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ ... 29-year-old Ownbey -- who's been Miss Howard Stern since 2002 -- hit another car on the streets of Chattanooga, Tennessee sometime after 10pm on October 8.

A cop who happened to be in the area, claims he heard the accident and rushed to the scene -- only to find Ownbey in her car ... reeking of booze ... and fumbling to put her cell phone back together.

In the report, the cop states, "[Ownbey] was not aware that she had been in a traffic crash."

The officer claims Ownbey admitted to drinking two glasses of wine before getting behind the wheel ... so he administered a field sobriety test ... and she bombed.

And to make matters worse, cops say they found a small baggie of weed in the car ... as well as a weed pipe and a variety of prescription drugs.

According to the police report, Ownbey was transported to a nearby hospital -- where she took a breathalyzer test ... and blew a .178 ... way over the legal limit, .08.

Once she was medically cleared, Ownbey was taken to a nearby jail where she was booked for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and driving while in possession.

We also spoke with the driver of the car Ownbey hit who tells us Andrea came "flying out of nowhere" and rear-ended him HARD. The driver says his Jeep was totaled in the wreck.

We reached out to Ownbey -- so far, no response.

Dennis Quaid's Wife Files For Legal Separation

Kimberly is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old twins. She's down with Dennis getting visitation.

Kimberly, who's repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser, also wants spousal support and attorney's fees.

Kimberly filed for divorce in March but withdrew her petition 2 months later.

A source connected with the couple say "Kimberly is fed up with Dennis' cheating and wants out of the marriage." The source added, "He's not a good husband."

Here's the snag. They moved to California during the summer, and there's a 6-month residency requirement before someone can file for divorce, so she has to wait it out a few more months before pulling the trigger.

As you know, the couple has been through a lot. The twins almost died shortly after birth because they were given a massive overdose of a drug at the hospital.

Danielle Staub Not Returning to Real Housewives

TMZ posted footage of Staub exiting a meeting with the Bravo honcho earlier this week ... and she hinted that a possible return to the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" could be in the works.

But network sources tell TMZ ... Staub left such a bad taste in the mouths of producers when she was fired from the show back in 2010, that there's NO WAY they would even consider bringing her back.

However, we're told Andy and Danielle got along well during the meeting -- fact is, Andy's a good businessman so he's keeping the door open for other possible projects down the line. more on this story

Car Crash Victim Targets Plaxico Burress' House

As TMZ previously reported, Plax lost a car accident lawsuit back in 2008 to Alise Smith -- and was ordered to pony up $125k ... then in August of this year, he was ordered to pay an additional $34k to cover Smith's legal fees.

But in legal docs ... Alise claims she hasn't seen a dime -- and recently filed a complaint asking a judge to appoint a special commission to sell PB's Virginia Beach mansion to pay off the debt.

The 3,540 square-foot-home (below) was purchased by Plax in 2000 for $290k -- and was recently appraised for $450k. In other words, more than enough to cover his tab. more on this story

Underworld Star Claims Brother Tried To Run Him Over

Brolly -- who played the treacherous Kraven in three "Underworld" films -- filed a request for a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles Superior Court this month, against his older brother Clark Brolly.

The accusations are pretty severe ... Brolly says he suffered a "lifetime of misery and abuse from this hate-filled psychopath."

Brolly continues ... claiming his bro calls him with death threats, sends profanity-laced emails and video messages and most recently tried to run him over in a truck -- in which he had "to run for his life."

Brolly's request was temporarily granted by a judge. He is due back in court in at the end of the month. more on this story
