According to law enforcement sources, Rob Evans -- a former boxer -- is accused of beating the other guy up so bad, the victim ended up in the hospital with serious injuries. We're told Rob's boxer past is part of the reason he's wanted for felony assault with a deadly weapon. We're told the warrant was issued for Evans' arrest soon after the incident, but Evans cooperated with police from the get go -- so they didn't need to track him down. But that all changed in recent weeks, when cops say Evans suddenly went silent -- and stopped speaking to them. We're told the Beverly Hills PD now views Evans as a fugitive -- and have dispatched a special fugitive team to track Evans down. Once found, he will be arrested on the spot. more on this story
Michael tells TMZ, he had been planning the Lindsay intervention for months ... and a couple weeks ago, he approached Dr. Drew to spearhead the mission. But Michael tells us, Dr. Drew declined because he thought Lindsay would freak if she saw that he was involved -- defeating the entire purpose of the intervention. According to Michael, Dr. Drew believed Lindsay needed someone with a lower profile ... someone less intimidating ... so Drew referred Michael to another intervention specialist. Michael says he ultimately settled on someone else entirely -- someone with a connection to Lindsay's lawyer Dave Feldman -- but as we first reported, the intervention was a miserable failure ... and the cops were called. more on this story
There's a maturity within the band from going through sort of the rollercoaster that we've been going through that we lovingly call the band demon," joked Jeremy Dawson during a recent exclusive interview with CBS Local. "It causes tires to explode and bands to break up, keyboards to blow up and keyboards to crash. You can feel all that life stuff in the writing, lyrics and the whole projection of the record. It's very intense in some ways, and very lightened up in other ways. The basic word is real. It's so real." Read more and listen here.
The album marks the band's first outing as a four piece with members Wes Miles on vocals, Milo Bonacci on guitar, Mathieu Santos on bass and Rebecca Zeller on violin forming the core of the group. Beta Love's songs are informed by the works of cyperpunk novelist William Gibson and futurist Ray Kurzweil. more on this story

Leno and the motorcyclists involved in the collision were taking part in a charity benefit called the "Love Ride" last October when the accident occurred on an L.A. freeway. You can see in the tape -- recorded via helmet cam -- a bike with two riders speeds up from behind and slams into another motorcycle, causing a massive wreck that nearly takes out Leno ... who was riding just feet away. The woman who captured the crash on camera -- Christina Silva -- was subsequently blamed for the crash and was banned from participating in this year's "Love Ride" ... but she insists the video shows she did NOTHING wrong. In fact, Silva tells us the people who pointed the finger at her were the two riders who rear-ended the other biker. It's unclear why they feel Silva is at fault. Christina tells us she has decided to release the tape to clear her name. It's unclear if the people who run the "Love Ride" have seen the footage. more on this story
The woman behind the lawsuit is 45-year-old Lanita Thomas -- who claims she served as Magic's personal flight attendant on his private jet from 2004 until last month ... when Magic fired her. In her suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Thomas claims Magic was wrong when he told her she was let go because she showed up to work 15 minutes late one day. Thomas claims the real reason Magic wanted her gone is because he wanted a "substantially younger woman" to service him in the air. In her suit, Thomas admits she WAS 15 minutes late to work one day ... but says it was only because Magic insists on two specific types of turkey meat on his sandwiches ... and she was held up at the deli counter. She also says Magic was "very particular that all snacks were fresh" ... especially when it came to liquorice. In addition to wrongful termination, Lanita also claims Magic failed to pay her overtime and provide her with legally required breaks during her work shifts. She's asking for unspecified damages. more on this story

Now, the two sides have struck a deal in which Bob has agreed to hand over $75k before Nov. 11 ... or face the consequences in court. In addition to the $75k, Bob has also agreed to pay $1,000 per month for the next 12 months -- before reverting back to the original $2,142. According to court docs ... the "Jersey Shore" star and a company called Performance Brands both agreed to dismiss their dueling lawsuits (Sitch had filed a counter suit) after settling out of court. Sources close to Sitch tell us ... PB agreed to cough up a "good sum of money," and Sitch won't have to shell out a dime. TMZ broke the story ... PB sued Sitch after they hired him to be the face of their fat-metabolizing cream (and forked over a $75k advance) -- claiming he did ZILCH to promote the product. The company also claimed he breached his contract by hiding his RX addiction. Sitch counter-sued, claiming PB was the one in breach of contract.
