Green Mile Star Michael Clarke Duncan Dead at 54

According to our sources, his passing came very suddenly. We're told his fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, was with him in his hospital room and left for a short period of time. When she returned ... he had died.

Duncan's rep tells TMZ the actor never fully recovered from the myocardial infarction he suffered on July 13.

Duncan's rep tells TMZ, "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date." more on this story

Paparazzi Crash While Chasing Justin Bieber

Justin was either a passenger or the driver in his Fisker Karma (it's unclear because we have shots of him in both seats), which was traveling down Ventura Blvd. A CHP officer happened to pass him, and noticed a Nissan driving "aggressively close behind."

The cop stopped Justin for tinted windows, knowing that the Nissan would probably stop ... which it did. Turns out ... the Nissan was being driven by someone in Justin's security detail.

As the cop was speaking to Justin, several paparazzi roared up to the scene. Two of them in separate cars apparently lost control, hit each other and went up on the curb. more on this story

Usher's Ex-Wife Files For Retrial

We broke the story ... Tameka lost an arduous custody battle last week when a judge ruled in Usher's favor, awarding him primary custody of their two young boys.

Tameka vowed to appeal the decision ... by filing a motion for new trial on grounds the judge was biased in Usher's favor.

Tameka claims the judge has a strong tie to Usher's lawyer, claiming the attorney was personally responsible for nearly half of the contributions to the judge's re-election campaign in 2008. What's more ... Tameka alleges Usher's lawyer served on the judge's re-election campaign committee.

Tameka also insists NO evidence was presented showing she couldn't take care of her kids.

Tameka also claims there was clear evidence of Usher's "past, current, and future inability" to care for the kids.

The judge hasn't ruled on her motion. more on this story

Alleged Stalker Claims Mark Zuckerberg Tried to Have Him Killed

As TMZ first reported, Zuckerberg obtained a restraining order against Pradeep Manukonda back in February 2011, after Manukonda allegedly sent Zuck threatening messages, and showed up at his home. Manukonda eventually agreed to return to his native India.

Now Manukonda has filed suit in an Indian court against Zuckerberg and a local politician -- claiming they're responsible for multiple attacks against him ... including one where he was "stabbed from the back side."

In the suit, Manukonda also accuses Zuckerberg of making a fake Facebook page that says he's a member of al-Qaeda.

Shockingly, a judge issued a court order back in February barring Zuckerberg from doing anything that damages Manukonda's reputation.

The whole case sounds far-fetched, but Pradeep says a hearing is scheduled next week in India. See the photo of Facebook page here.

Tony Scott's Death Hasn't Been Ruled A Suicide

The document -- obtained by TMZ -- lists the director's immediate cause of death as "deferred." The manner of death is listed as "pending investigation." The doc also states that an autopsy has been performed.

As for the location of death, the certificate states, "Under Vincent Thomas Bridge."

The cert describes Scott as a film director who has worked in the movie industry for 43 years.

Tony's official cause of death is expected within the next few weeks. more on this story

Heidi Klum Denies Bodyguard Affair Accusation

TMZ posted a video last in which Seal said straight out said Heidi was [involved with] the bodyguard while they were together --- and that is why their marriage fell apart.

Heidi told one close friend today her relationship with the bodyguard was "strictly professional" while she was with Seal.

The friends tell us that since the split, Heidi says she has gotten "very close" to the bodyguard ... who has helped her through the difficulties of ending a marriage

As for the nature of their relationship now ... all the friend would say is it's "undefined." more on this story

Car Crashed Into Cheech & Chong Next Movie House

In the 1980 classic "Cheech & Chong's Next Movie," the stoner duo crashes their sweet van onto the front lawn of a house ... and then drives through the fence on the way out.

Cut to last week when a Chevy HHR drove through the fence of the very same house. The homeowner tells us he wasn't home at the time of crash and is currently getting a repair estimate for the fence.

And get this ... the owner says he didn't even know he was living in the house from the movie until this accident happened. more on this story

Quincy Jones To Testify Against Girls Gone Wild Creator

TMZ broke the story ... Quincy was subpoenaed to testify in Steve Wynn's defamation lawsuit against Francis, in which the "GGW" creator has claimed Wynn threatened to kill him and have him buried in the desert over a debt Francis owed to Wynn's casino.

According to Francis, Quincy had seen an email from Wynn detailing the alleged murder plot -- so Wynn called on 79-year-old Quincy to testify in order to show Francis was lying.

Quincy claimed he was too sick to testify -- claiming he experienced heart palpitations and shortness of breath after getting served with a subpoena -- and the judge agreed.

But now Quincy has changed his mind -- we're told he WILL testify against Francis because he believes it's the right thing to do.

Sources tell us Quincy will tell the jury he NEVER saw any email from Steve Wynn about an alleged murder plot -- and he wants to set the record straight in the name of justice.

He's expected to show up in court to testify Tuesday or Wednesday. more on this story

Jersey Shore Is Over

In case you didn't know, MTV announced the 6th season of "Jersey Shore" will be its last -- and Angelina tells us, it couldn't have happened soon enough.

"The show had a good run but now it's time to move on and do other things. I'm relieved it's over, but still sad over the way I was portrayed on the show."

She adds, "Now that 'Jersey Shore' is done, hopefully one day down the road I can be looked at better."

Angelina was booted from the cast after season 2 -- and was pretty much a pariah while on the show ... and outside the show too.

As for what she's doing now -- Angelina says she's taking acting classes in New York.

Carly Rae Jepsen Reveals More Kiss Album Details

The Canadian singer unveiled the 16-song selection via a handwritten note, which she posted and tweeted by saying, "So excited to reveal the track list for #Kiss!"

"Kiss" is due September 18; Jepsen's latest single, "Good Time," features a duet with Owl City.

She gears up to hit the road with Justin Bieber later this month on his headlining tour of North America, which kicks off September 29 in Glendale, AZ. See the note here.

Miss Arizona Teen USA Strikes Plea Deal

We broke the story ... 18-year-old Tori was charged with DUI after she made an illegal U-turn in Hollywood back in May, and allegedly showing signs of intoxication.

Tori originally plead "not guilty" to the DUI -- but this week the first time offender made a deal with prosecutors ... pleading "no contest" to reckless driving.

In exchange for her plea, prosecutors dropped the DUI charges against Tori ... and she got 3 years probation instead of jail time. more on this story

Lawyer of Troy Aikman's Ex-Wife Says She Was Lost, Not Drunk

As TMZ first reported, Rhonda Aikman was busted last Monday morning for public intoxication after cops found her in a parked car, saying she was slurring her words when she talked and had little control over her body movement.

Aikman's lawyer, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ that Rhonda was lost, the result of bad directions, and was simply waiting for a friend to come and show her the right way. Friedman says, "When the policemen approached her, she reacted the way any of us would have reacted if we were approached from behind by two large men dressed in black. Rhonda was frightened and probably did not appear to be her usual friendly self."

Friedman says Aikman is under a doctor's care and had a rightful prescription for the medication cops found. Friedman adds, "She did nothing wrong and did not break any laws. She is sorry about all the fuss and intends to continue to dedicate her time to helping people in need in North Texas." more on this story

Uncle Sam Vs George Clinton

According to documents filed in Leon County, Florida ... Clinton failed to pay $7,457.89 worth of taxes in 2009 and $13,301.57 for the year 2010.

As TMZ first reported, Clinton already owes $115,552.27 to the IRS for the tax years 2007 and 2008. Grand total for ALL FOUR years ... $136,281.73. more on this story

Kristen Stewart's Parents Divorcing

Jules Stewart filed the divorce petition on August 17 in L.A. County Superior Court. Jules, who married John Stewart 27 years ago, cites irreconcilable differences.

Jules filed the divorce docs herself, without using a lawyer.

As for the date of separation, Jules says she and her hubby have been estranged since June 15, 2010.

Both parents work in film production. Jules is a writer/director. John is a TV producer and stage manager. more on this story

LeAnn Rimes Wasn't In Rehab

We had our doubts when we were initially told LeAnn is not in a traditional rehab facility -- we were hearing she was being treated for drug and eating disorder problems. But after making a bunch of calls, we're confident -- LeAnn's decision to get help is limited to coping issues. That doesn't mean she doesn't have other issues, including weight, but that's not what this is about.

Our sources say ... LeAnn has been in meltdown mode recently over a war she's been having with a group of people who are upset about her relationship with Eddie Cibrian. The group has gone after her in a big way on Twitter, and LeAnn -- rather than ignoring them -- has fought back. We're told the stress has been unbearable for her and she wanted help.

As for the kind of help ... our sources say LeAnn is in a facility that teaches people to handle adversity and stress. She is free to leave on weekends -- something that doesn't happen in rehab. She's also allowed to use her phone at any time -- again, that just doesn't happen in rehab. more on this story
