Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban Have Yet To Ink American Idol Deals

Our sources tell us ... only Mariah Carey has inked a deal ... and a good deal it is at $18 mil.

We know although producers are set on Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban ... they have not fully come to terms on the deal and nothing is signed.

And it gets worse. We're told "A.I." honchos want 4 judges on the panel this year, because they don't think 2 women and a man will work. And they have not picked the 4th.

But wait ... there's more. Randy Jackson -- who is being kicked upstairs to mentor -- has not signed his deal either.

Amanda Bynes Charged For Hit-And-Runs

If convicted, she faces up to a year in jail. We broke the story ... prosecutors recently reopened Bynes' hit-and-run case from back in April -- after previously rejecting it -- because the actress was accused of yet another hit-and-run last month.

Now, prosecutors have taken the next step -- charging Bynes with two counts of misdemeanor hit-and-run, stemming from the two incidents. more on this story

Lady Gaga Set For Another North American Tour

Gaga unveiled 26 shows across the continent, beginning January 11 in Vancouver and wrapping up in Miami on March 16.

Gaga launched the tour in South Korea in April, and it has already played throughout Asia, New Zealand and Australia, with shows currently running across Europe into October; South American, South African and Russian dates are scheduled into mid-December. more on this story

Simon Cowell Calls Out The Voice

Simon tells TMZ, he thought he had a "gentleman's agreement" with NBC ... that "The Voice" would run Mondays and Tuesdays, and "X Factor" would run Wednesdays and Thursdays on FOX ... so fans could watch both.

Simon says NBC is turning on its own audience, forcing them to choose between Christina Aguilera's show and Britney Spears' new show. And speaking of them, Simon says, "Britney's not going to appreciate the fact that Christina -- who has been a bit of a rival -- isn't allowing Britney to have a night of her own."

Simon tells TMZ, he believes the move is as personal as it gets, because "The Voice" came to England and went head-to-head with Simon's show, "Britain's Got Talent" and got its ass kicked.

Simon says, "These guys have really got it in for us. It's nothing short of dirty tricks."

Cowell adds, "The reason they've done this is they don't want people to see 'X Factor' because they've heard how good the series is. They don't want their audience to see Britney Spears. They don't want their audience to see Demi Lovato."

Simon says he doesn't think Britney knows yet, but when she finds out "She's going to be devastated because she's put her heart and soul into this."

As for Cowell, he says he's not scared, adding, "I can't bear it that the network is playing political games and playing with the audience." Simon vows he's going to crush "The Voice" again. more on this story

Friday Star Denies Rape Allegation

Clifton Powell -- who also appeared in "Rush Hour," "Ray" and "Menace II Society" -- has been sued by a woman using the pseudonym Kiyante Myers ... who claims the actor raped her in a hotel room in August 2011.

According to the suit, Myers claims she initially consented to sex with Powell ... but when it turned rough, she asked him to stop ... and he refused.

Instead, she claims, Powell placed his hands over her face and raped her.

TMZ has learned ... Myers went to cops about the incident last year ... and an investigation was conducted. But cops didn't feel there was enough evidence to prove Powell committed a crime and they closed the case against the actor.

Myers has now taken her claims to federal court in Louisiana, where she's seeking damages in excess of $75k.

A rep for Clifton tells TMZ ... "Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser." more on this story

Mariah Carey Helps Kick Off NFL Season

The pop star was on hand at Rockefeller Plaza to sing as part of an NFL pre-game special that aired prior to the New York Giants-Dallas Cowboys game at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

"Triumphant" is the first single from Carey's forthcoming new album, due out next year. The song was co-produced by Bryan-Michael Cox and longtime collaborator, Jermaine Dupri. Watch the NFL performance here.

Former UFC Fighter Charged For Naked Church Vandalism

According to the charging docs, obtained by TMZ, Mayhem was hit with one misdemeanor count of vandalism -- and if convicted, he faces up to a year in jail.

In the criminal complaint, the D.A. claims Miller "did maliciously and unlawfully deface with graffiti and other inscribed material, damage, and destroy church property ... in the amount of $400 and more."

TMZ broke the story ... Mayhem was arrested last month inside the Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo. Cops say Mayhem was totally naked, reclining on a couch, when they found him.

Cops also claim Mayhem trashed the place, scattering books, photos, and breaking CDs. He also allegedly unleashed a fire extinguisher all over the place.

Mayhem is due in court November 21st. more on this story

The song is the lead single from her her forthcoming album, "The Truth About Love," which is due September 18.

Heidi Klum and Seal Close to Divorce Settlement

As you know ... Seal erupted over the weekend, accusing Heidi of banging the bodyguard before the couple separated. But our sources say Seal retracted his comment a day later, because he didn't want the divorce negotiations to become acrimonious.

LL Cool J Back On Set After Taking Down Alleged Burglar

It's the first time we've seen LL since the incident ... and of course, the rapper/actor didn't have a scratch on his body ... unlike the home invader, who suffered a broken nose and jaw when he messed with the wrong house on August 22.

We tried to ask LL about the situation as he was walking to the Santa Monica set of his CBS show yesterday, but he was too "in the zone" with his scene to answer questions.

Wes Scantlin's Mug Shot Goes Online

TMZ broke the story, a JetBlue flight bound for L.A. made an emergency landing in Austin, TX yesterday after Scantlin allegedly got in a heated drunken argument with a flight attendant.

Once the plane touched down, Wes was arrested for public intoxication -- but he could also face prison time for interfering with a flight crew ... a federal crime.

Scantlin is due in court in Austin on October 3rd, when he's scheduled to be arraigned. See the mug shot here.

Ex-Wife Got Half Of Mel Gibson's Retirement

According to documents filed in the couple's divorce case and obtained by TMZ, Robyn got the following:

-- Half of the Screen Actors Guild pension benefits Mel accumulated during the 31 years of their marriage.

-- A big chunk of Mel's Directors Guild of America pension benefits

-- Half of the 401(k) benefits their production company -- Icon -- accumulated during their marriage.

As TMZ previously reported ... the couple also divided earnings and property ... roughly estimated at $800 million and we're told Robyn got roughly half. more on this story

TMZ obtained photos of a shorn Triple H posing for pics with fans outside Titan Tower in Connecticut on Wednesday ... barely recognizable without his signature mane.

Triple H had rocked the long hair ever since he debuted in the WWE in 1995 ... it's unclear when he decided to hack it off.

HHH has been contemplating hanging up his tights ever since he lost to Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam ... and now the new 'do could be a sign that he's decided to leave the ring for good and commit to his corporate job with the WWE. See the photo here.

Camille To Receive $30 Million In Divorce From Kelsey Grammer

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Camille and Kelsey are "very close" to inking a property settlement agreement. We're told the total value of the assets in the marriage is around $60 million. We say "around" because a big chunk is the 3 homes they own which are now on the market. They're estimating when everything is sold the pot will be around $60 mil.

Sources tell us Camille will get a straight 50% of the assets. Here's why she deserves it. We're told when the couple married, Kelsey was broke. Pretty shocking, considering he had earned "Cheers" and "Frasier" money. But bad decisions and a drug problem nearly sent Kelsey to the poor house.
