The song, a tribute to the late Princess of Wales who was killed in a car accident while being chased by paparazzi in 1997, was played for the first time in the U.K at Gaga's concert at Twickenham Stadium. "Since I was a very young girl, the people's Princess was the most important person in me and my mother's life," she told the crowd according to Canoe. "I swore if I ever had an audience like this in London I would take a moment to appreciate her. This song is called Princess Di -- D-I-E... I predict controversy, but I don't care... Let's take a moment to appreciate her presence and what she means." Gaga had performed the song previously; you can watch a video of her performing the track in Melbourne here.
According to the doc, obtained by TMZ, respiratory failure is listed as the immediate cause of death. One of the underlying causes of Michael's death was anoxic encephalopathy (severe lack of oxygen to the brain). As we first reported, MCD's organs were severely damaged during the minutes following his initial cardiac episode on July 13th, when the actor went without oxygen for five whole minutes. Other underlying causes include ventricular fibrillation (irregular quivering heartbeat), and acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). Organ nodules (sarcoidosis) were a contributing factor to MCD's death. Two weeks after he went into cardiac arrest, MCD also received a tracheotomy, presumably to aid in breathing. MCD passed on September 3rd. He was 54. more on this story
"I love the excitement, the child-like spirit of innocence and just about everything that goes along with Christmas," said Hillary Scott. "My little sister will be 12 this Christmas and it is always so sweet to see her wake up every Christmas morning and wonder what Santa brought her. It was that way for me growing up and it's so amazing to be able to spend that time with her now." "The perfect winter's night for me would be with all the family together," added Charles Kelley. "As you get a little older and everybody has their jobs and then families and kids, it definitely becomes harder to get everybody together at once. It would be pretty special to have the whole family in the room and get back to where we were as kidsall waking up on Christmas morning, walking down and having that tradition." more on this story

We're told the hotel threatened to boot the kids from the premises ... but "AGT" producers swooped in at the last minute and begged management to let them stay. The hotel agreed, but made it clear -- if they heard one more complaint from other guests, the group would be forced to hit the road. A rep for the hotel tells TMZ ... Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bynes was pulled over for driving without her headlights on. We're told she was given a verbal warning and sent on her way. It's unclear if officers ran the actress' license -- because if they did, they might have noticed it was reportedly SUSPENDED last week after the actress was slapped with two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. She also refused to take a breathalyzer after being busted for DUI, and that triggers an automatic 1-year license suspension. It's unclear if the license has since been reinstated -- but with such a short time frame, it's VERY unlikely. more on this story
