According to a police report filed in Baton Rouge, LA, Webbie is accused of attacking a woman inside a Chase Suite Hotel early Thursday morning after being banned from the premises -- kicking her down two sets of stairs before swiping her purse and stealing $340 in cash. The details surrounding the altercation are unclear. According to the report, Webbie was arrested on the scene at approximately 2:30 AM. A rep for Webbie tells TMZ, the rapper met the woman behind the accusations at a party last night -- but he never attacked her, or stole her money. The rep admits Webbie took money from the woman's purse -- but insists the money is his ... and the woman in question had stolen it from him. The rep says Webbie -- who was released on $9,000 bond -- plans to fight the accusations. more on this story
Digital Domain Media Group, which made headlines in August after unveiling an uncanny light-projected performance of Tupac Shakur during a headlining set by Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre at Coachella music festival, filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection on Tuesday. According to CNN, DDMG, which is co-owned by Oscar-winning film director James Cameron, had been struggling financially for some time now. more on this story
TMZ broke the story, Chad was charged with battery Wednesday following his domestic violence arrest in Florida on August 11th. According to Chad's wife, the former NFL player headbutted her during a massive argument that erupted over a condom receipt. If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail. Evelyn has since filed for divorce. Chad's attorney entered the ex-football star's plea in Broward County Court Thursday morning. Chad was not there. more on this story
Thursday night, Bieber was on hand for the finale of America's Got Talent, where he joined a host of other acts to perform, including Green Day, Ne-Yo and Blue Man Group. As we reported, Juvenile -- real name Terius Gray -- was arrested for his alleged involvement in a fight that began inside LIV nightclub and spilled outside to the front of the hotel. Security told police the people involved in the fight were "creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside." Juve had just reunited with Lil Wayne at the time -- following a long-standing feud -- but the rapper insisted Weezy was not involved. more on this story

Amanda was driving her black BMW 5-series out of a parking lot on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM when she tapped the bumper of a white car in front of her, leaving little or no damage. According to our camera guy ... Amanda was attempting to cover her face when she love-tapped the other vehicle -- and both drivers left without exchanging information on the scene. It's unclear if the other driver reported the fender bender to cops, but it's a damn good bet Amanda and her suspended license did NOT. TMZ published photos of Amanda smoking a marijuana pipe during a day of aimless driving around the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday. Those pics and Amanda's recent driving record -- DUI arrest, multiple hit-and-run allegations -- have several cops worried she's going to kill someone on the road. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Will.i.am claimed the custom white sports car was stolen after he left it with the valet outside Bardot nightclub in Hollywood last month. BUT EVERYTHING IS FINE NOW -- a photo was snapped yesterday of the car parked safely outside Will's L.A. home. Will tweeted yesterday that he got the car back after it was stolen, but one of his bags is still missing from the vehicle. See the photo here.
We broke the story ... Hart has been accused of beating up a person at a Mickey Hart Band concert in Kentucky on Sept. 8. Now, Hart is lashing back ... telling TMZ, "I am totally baffled by a bizarre claim of assault by me coming out of Kentucky -- the home of Bluegrass and a state I love dearly." He adds, "Any accusation or claim of assault against me is completely false and without any basis whatsoever. I played drums on 'Shakedown Street,' but I never expected to be 'The Victim or the Crime.'" Officials have not revealed the identity of Hart's accuser -- and so far, the details surrounding the alleged attack are unclear. more on this story
If you recall, Kris had sicked the FBI on Myla in the past ... telling the feds she tried to extort him by demanding a large sum of money, or else she'd release damaging information about their relationship to the media. Kris told friends he was totally done with Myla ... insisting she was nothing more than a one night stand. Now his friends and family know ... he was lying through his pearly white teeth. Sources connected to Kris' inner-circle tells us ... they had long-suspected he was secretly getting back together with Myla, but the video of the two leaving her home in Jersey together this week is the smoking gun they were waiting for. When his inner circle confronted Kris about the TMZ footage, we're told Kris refused to answer any questions ... and changed the subject. According to sources, Madsen has been suffering from flu-like symptoms recently -- which might explain why cops observed him driving erratically on PCH in his gleaming red hot rod. As we reported, Madsen was pulled over for weaving through traffic -- and subsequently arrested after cops decided he was under the influence of alcohol. According to police, Madsen then blew a .20 on a breathalyzer ... more than double the legal limit in California (.08). Madsen was later transported to a nearby hospital where sources close to the actor say he was treated for flu-like symptoms. He was ultimately cited for DUI and released. We're told Madsen intends to plead "not guilty" to DUI charges. more on this story

Law enforcement sources tell us Santa Monica PD decided to let the case go ... because the 25 dogs they found in Bryniarski's RV all checked out "healthy and happy." TMZ broke the story ... Bryniarski -- aka psycho linebacker Latimer from the '93 movie -- was arrested last week for animal cruelty when police found the pomeranian pups unattended in the RV. Andrew always insisted he was merely running a mobile adoption center for the dogs ... and said they were in good health and well fed. Now, he plans to reunite with the dogs as soon as the shelter opens this morning -- and tells us he will continue operating the adoption agency from his RV ... just not in Santa Monica. Andrew also says he thinks the case hurt his acting career, and he's considering legal action against Santa Monica. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Papa Joe was busted at a DUI checkpoint in Sherman Oaks, CA ... and blew .12 on the breathalyzer. The L.A. City Attorney subsequently charged Joe with two misdemeanor counts of DUI -- and last month, a judge ordered him not to drink any booze while he remained out on bail. If convicted on both counts, Joe could face up to a year in jail -- but as a first-time offender, he probably won't end up behind bars. He'll most likely end up with a fine and probation. The interview -- set to air on Monday -- was taped several months ago ... and a new promo for the episode features a seemingly confused Dina acting bizarre .. and many people suspect she was blitzed. In fact, the promo features a clip in which Dina's ex-hubby Michael Lohan asks Phil if Dina had been drinking before the interview. But Dina is adamant she was sober ... telling TMZ, "I don't care what it looks like. I'm fine and I don't care what anyone says." She continues, "All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour long interview. Of course they cut it to make it interesting. That's their job . I don't blame them for doing that. Some of the comments were taken out of context but I'm fine. I'm fine." Dina tells us the public shouldn't judge her until they see the full interview -- insisting she's a "good mom" who's always been there for her 4 kids, including her oldest daughter Lindsay Lohan. "I think the interview will be good. I know what I said and the facts are what the facts are. The proof is in the facts. The truth will set you free" more on this story
Johnson filed the papers yesterday in a Florida court ... in response to the docs Evelyn filed back on August 14. In his papers, Chad admits the two have a prenup that he believes should be enforced -- especially the part about who pays for the lawyers. According to the docs, Johnson wants a judge to BLOCK Evelyn's request that Chad foot the bill for her legal fees ... citing a provision in the prenup in which the two sides agreed to pay their own way if they were to split up. The divorce has not been finalized yet ... but at this point, it's only a matter of time ... and sources close to Evelyn tell us she's "ecstatic" and ready to move on. Evelyn and Chad were married back in July ... but the honeymoon ended a month later, when Chad allegedly headbutted Evelyn during a heated argument over a condom receipt she found in his car. more on this story
Struthers -- who starred in "All In the Family" before becoming a spokesperson for ChildFund International -- was released shortly after she was taken into custody after posting $160 bail ... which is just one dollar a day for the past 160 days. Sally was handcuffed at the scene and law enforcement tells TMZ ... she was cooperative. Struthers has been in Maine starring in the play "9 to 5." The punishment for a first offender is a $500 fine and a 90-day license suspension. There is no risk of jail time. Struthers' arraignment is set for December 14. more on this story
