Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay was pulling in to park her Porsche Cayenne near the Dream Hotel in downtown NYC when -- at a very low speed -- she allegedly hit the knee of a 30-something year old man. We're told one of Lindsay's passengers in the SUV got out and checked the car for damage ... and then LiLo and co. went inside the hotel. We're told someone called police while Lindsay was inside ... and when she walked out of the hotel -- around 2AM ET -- officers arrested her. According to our sources ... Lindsay was booked for leaving the scene of an accident -- a misdemeanor -- and then released with a desk appearance ticket ... meaning she did not have to pay bail before release. An exclusive version of the CD is now available at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, featuring two bonus tracks. The Christmas Time's A-Coming album marks the Oaks' sixth holiday CD. "The Oak Ridge Boys love Christmas music. For us, Christmas is about family, home, singing, happiness, love, kids and gifts. But, the main thing Christmas is about is the birth of Jesus Christ; when time quit numbering backwards and started counting forward. No other man has ever walked this Earth who reversed time. So, although we love singing the fun songs, the spiritual songs about "the birth" are very real for The Oak Ridge Boys," says lead singer Duane Allen. more on this story

It might not entail a Niners jersey -- but it sure as hell won't be easy either. more on this story

Wood said in an interview with the Palisadian-Post newspaper, the sprinkler system next to Quaid's trail suddenly activated, spooking the horse which reared up and fell on top of him. Next thing Wood knew he was in critical condition at a nearby hospital with a concussion, fractured scapula, torn aorta, multiple pulmonary emboli, broken ribs, a nicked liver, a tear in his bladder, fractured lumbar discs, a shattered pelvis, internal bleeding, and a torn miniscus in his knee. Signed to Los Angeles-based Treasure Chest Entertainment, through a series of auditions, Girl Squad was formed in 2012 by the company CEO and their manager Reg Reg Askew. The group is comprised of three teenage girlsMillie, Maddie and Lexisall professional singers, dancers and actors in their own right. Girl Squad is a mixture of Hip-Hop and Pop, with shades of R&B. They rap on some tracks; sing on others. "It's a whole different flavor," exclaims Askew. "You couldn't ask for a better group of girls. It's hard to put girl groups together, and there is a void of them in the marketplace today. Many of them don't gel, but from the moment we put Girl Squad in the studio, they had a chemistry that worked immediately." Watch the video here.
