Lindsay Lohan Incident Caught On Video

Sources connected to the hotel tell us ... the video shows the entire incident and the aftermath. Lindsay was driving into the hotel, down a ramp. The alleged victim was walking in the pedestrian path, which Lindsay had to cross.

The video shows Lindsay's car -- which is traveling at a crawl -- gets very close to the pedestrian but it's unclear if the vehicle makes contact. In fact, sources tell us ... 2 detectives came to the hotel early this morning and viewed the tape. One detective felt Lindsay's car "grazed" the back of the alleged victim's leg, but the other detective felt the car never made contact.

And it gets better. Once Lindsay clears the area and goes down a ramp, the video shows the alleged victim sprinting after her. The video shows the alleged victim does not get real close to Lindsay, and it doesn't appear that he confronted her, but it appears when he got down there he noticed it was Lindsay -- partly because she had drawn a crowd near the entrance to the club.

When Lindsay gets out of the car at the bottom of the ramp, she does not seem flustered or aware she may have hit someone.

Here's where it gets confusing. For some reason, Lindsay decided to leave the club minutes after arriving, got back in her car and left for a short time ... then came back.

Meanwhile, the alleged victim called 911 and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. more on this story

DMB have now become the first band to have six consecutive albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

Away From The World, the band's eighth studio album, sold 266,000 units in its first week of release.

Dave Matthews Band celebrated the release of Away From The World with a show at the historic Hollywood Bowl last Wednesday.

Chad Ochcocinco Johnson and Evelyn Lozada Divorce Finalized

A judge in Florida signed off on the divorce early yesterday morning ... one month after Evelyn filed for divorce from the NFL star.

As we previously reported, Chad initially didn't want to sign off on the split ... and waited until last week before finally accepting reality and submitting divorce papers of his own.

But Evelyn claimed the marriage was irretrievably broken after he allegedly headbutted her in the face during an argument over a condom receipt she found in his car.

Chad has since had Evelyn's face tatted on his leg ... and insists he will eventually repair the relationship.

Sources close to Evelyn tell us it ain't gonna happen. more on this story

Judge Issues Stern Warning To Amanda Bynes

Amanda's lawyer showed up in to an L.A. courtroom on Wednesday to fight the D.A.'s request to impose $50,000 bail on the actress for her DUI arrest. Right now, she's out on her own recognizance -- no bail.

The D.A. argued Amanda has proven time and again she's a danger on the road -- with two hit-and-run charges hanging over her head -- and wanted the judge to impose bail to deter her from further endangering people.

But... the judge said Amanda's alleged hit-and-run violations occurred BEFORE her license was suspended on August 25th, so he decided to give her a break ... for now ... rejecting the D.A.'s bail request.

But the judge was crystal clear ... if Amanda breaks ANY road rules from this day forward, he will impose a high enough bail to get her attention. Obviously, for now, she better not drive at all because her license is suspended.

The judge didn't specify an amount -- but Amanda's got money ... so you can bet it will be high.

The judge also reminded Amanda's lawyer -- she better not even think about getting behind the wheel until her license is reinstated. more on this story

Wyclef Jean No Longer Angry With Lauryn Hill

Jean was out in NY on Tuesday night when we asked about the explosive revelations he made in his new book "Purpose" ... one of which is an admission that he had an affair with the former Fugees singer.

In the book, Wyclef wrote: "I was married and Lauryn and I were having an affair, but she had led me to believe that the baby was mine, and I couldn't forgive that." The Fugees broke up a short time later.

But yesterday, 'Clef told us he has no regrets about sharing the drama with the world ... but wants people to know he no longer holds a grudge with Hill.

"That's how I felt then," Jean told us ... adding, "For a period, it was something I held in ... and I'm just glad I got it out." more on this story

E! Concerned About Khloe Kardashian Becoming X Factor Host

Multiple sources connected to the negotiations tell TMZ ... "X Factor" producers cannot sign Khloe to the show unless E! gives permission -- exclusivity is part of the Kardashian's contract with the network.

We're told the problem isn't so much that E! doesn't want Khloe to do Simon Cowell's show ... it's that Khloe would have to promote the program by spending a lot of time doing interviews, social media and making appearances, and E! is worried it might dilute Khloe's impact on their reality shows and also create time conflicts.

One source directly connected with the negotiations tells TMZ ... it looks like both sides will reach an agreement and Khole will be able to host "X Factor," but the source added, "I wouldn't bet my house on it."

We are told, in the event that Khloe's deal falls apart, they would probably pick Mario Lopez as the second choice, but "X Factor" has its sights set on Khloe as a single host. more on this story

Adrienne Gets Temporary Custody Amid Paul Nassif Violence Allegations

Adrienne's lawyer went to court and filed a declaration she wrote, in which she claimed Paul picked their 3 boys up from school Thursday. During the ride, 2 of the boys were kicking each other, when Paul allegedly reached back and choked one of the boys around the Adam's apple.

According to Adrienne, later that day, the boys were taking a bath together when one of them supposedly peed in the tub and the other boys started fighting. Adrienne claims Paul then grabbed one of the boys, spanked him hard on the bare bottom and then "threw him in the corner."

We're also told the couple's chef filed a declaration claiming he witnessed Paul kicking the family dog when it peed on the floor. And a DEA agent who is friends with the couple filed yet another declaration claiming he witnessed Paul putting his hands around the neck of one of the children.

Neither Paul nor his lawyer were present during the hearing -- they were never told about the hearing -- although we know Paul denies ALL of the allegations.

Paul's lawyer, Lisa Meyer, tells TMZ, "This smacks of underhandedness. Adrienne wasn't even present when this allegedly occurred." Meyer adds, "It is a sad day when parents have to stoop to the level of making false allegations against another parent." Meyer calls Adrienne's move "gamesmanship at its worst." more on this story

X Factor Contestant's Run In With Police Explained

It all happened in June during the "X Factor" auditions in Kansas City -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Deangelo Wallace had just finished auditioning ... when he walked off the stage and out of the Sprint Center still wearing his microphone.

According to law enforcement sources, producers called police claiming the sound equipment had been stolen -- and cops caught up with Wallace near the venue.

We're told Wallace was cuffed and brought back to the Sprint Center, where he then returned the missing electronics.

Once the mic pack was returned, producers declined to press charges -- so Wallace went on his way ... leaving his "X Factor" dreams behind him. He was NOT booked for a crime.

As for why Wallace stormed off -- we're told he had a nasty exchange with the judges, and was upset they didn't like his performance. more on this story

Accident Won't Cost Honey Boo Boo's Father His Leg

TMZ broke the story ... Sugar Bear sustained the leg injury while mud boggin' -- which is a fancy term for redneck off-roading. He was pictured on crutches following the injury ... but the wound got so infected that he needed to be hospitalized.

Mama June tells TMZ ... doctors decided to perform a debridement -- a surgical procedure to remove infected tissue from the body so it can heal properly.

Mama June, Honey Boo Boo and the rest of the family visited Sugar Bear after the procedure and said he is in good spirits and craving some peanut butter crackers.

June tells TMZ ... doctors expect Sugar Bear to make a full recovery ... and he should be clear to return to work in 4 weeks.

There was talk that Sugar Bear's infection was so bad, docs would have to remove parts of the leg via amputation ... but June says the rumors are "100 percent not true." more on this story

Heidi Klum Considering Legal Action Over Topless Photos

The photos have surfaced on several websites ... showing Heidi on vacation in the south of France with her bodyguard boyfriend ... sans bikini top.

There's just one problem ... it's unclear which French magazine published the original pics.

Sources close to Heidi tell TMZ ... the supermodel's camp is on the hunt for the source publication ... claiming her right to privacy was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken.

Sound familiar? We're told Heidi is comparing her situation to that of Kate Middleton ... who also believes she was the victim of privacy invasion when a paparazzo snapped topless pics of her while she was sunbathing at a private chateau in France.

We're told ... just like Kate, Heidi wants to sue someone's ass ... but realizes she might have better luck if she waits for Kate to blaze the legal trail.

Long story short -- if Kate's legal attack is successful, Klum can simply copy her playbook ... and if it's not, she can learn from Kate's mistakes. more on this story

Fred Willard's Lewd Conduct Case Closed

Willard had struck a deal with prosecutors after the actor was arrested for floggin' his dolphin in an L.A. adult movie theater back in July ... in which the charges would be dropped if the actor participated in an Alternative Prosecution Program.

As we previously reported, the APP was specifically tailored to Willard's alleged offense -- and in his case, the actor was required to complete a 2-week course educating him on obeying laws relating to lewd conduct.

But last night in L.A., 73-year-old Willard told us he officially graduated from the program ... telling us the course was a piece of cake ... "like traffic school." more on this story

Hooker tells TMZ ... she and her fiance Steven Coulter tied the knot at a courthouse in Texas on September 13 ... but she's not ditching her infamous name just because she got hitched.

Hooker says she loves being a "Hooker" and will simply add on to her nombre -- becoming Destinee Hooker-Coulter from here on out.

Jasmine Guy Going After Ex For Child Support

Guy filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court recently, claiming Terrence Mitchell Duckett -- who she divorced in 2008 -- was ordered by a judge to pay $1,469/month in child support for the couple's daughter.

In the docs, Guy says Duckett hasn't paid a dime since May 2010 and now owes her a whopping $39,663 in back support.

Guy filed the docs because she wants a judge to hold her ex in contempt of court so that she can collect on the debt by garnishing his wages, going after his assets, or even having him thrown in jail.

A hearing on the matter was scheduled for last month, but was cancelled because Jasmine was unable to serve her ex with the papers.

Sources close to Jasmine tell TMZ the actress is still attempting to serve the papers, so the hearing can be rescheduled.

Her lawyer, Lisa West, tells TMZ, "Both parents have the financial responsibility of rearing a child. Jasmine has always met and will continue to meet her financial responsibility. She, however unfortunately, finds herself in the same position as are many single mothers in this country -- she must enforce her child's right to benefit from the financial assets of both parents." more on this story
