The warrant was issued after Williams failed to appear for an arraignment on charges stemming from a police chase in November. He is facing a felony charge for evading a police officer while driving in a reckless manner after the police pursued him while he was operating a three-wheeled motorcyle. This is the second arrest warrant issued for the comedian in less than a month for failure to appear in court. Last month a judge in Seattle issued a bench warrant after he failed to appear on charges related to a bar fight.

The duo released their debut self-titled EP in November and have played a number of shows since, notorious for being a little rowdy. During the middle of Yelawolf's song "Marijuana" an over-zealous fan jumps on stage and raises his fists in victory. After a failed stage dive, the fan gets pushed back on, invading Yelawolf's personal space. The rapper then cocked back and threw a solid blow, sending the wobbly-legged drunkard into the arms of an awaiting security guard. Watch video of the incident here.
The Academy have not confirmed the rumors but MTV reports that new buzz has surfaced that the multi-platinum artist may be taking part in the 85th Academy Awards on February 23rd. The show will feature a 50th anniversary tribute to the James Bond film franchise and Adele's theme song for the latest film, "Skyfall," may be nominated for the Best Original Song Oscar and the rumors speculate that she will be appearing during that portion on the show. If she does appear, it would be Adele's first public appearance since giving birth to her first child last year.
The track, available at iTunes and entitled "I Know You Are Hurting (Tribute to the Newtown, Ct. Kids)", was recorded with a children's choir. It's gonna be lots of fun." (FMQB)
The hashtag #cut4bieber has reportedly been used by online fans who posted it along with photos of bleeding arms, supposedly to encourage Bieber to stop smoking marijuana after tabloid photos and reports surface claiming the young star was using the drug. Another young star has spoken out again the trend, Miley Cyrus retweeted the following message: "#cut4bieber? Cutting is NOT something to joke about. There are people who are actually suffering from self-harm, this is so disrespectful."
The clip was directed by Vaughan Arnell, who also handled the group's videos for the project's first two tracks, "Live While We're Young" and "Little Things". One D are gearing up to kick off their 2013 world tour with four shows in London next month. Watch it here.
Although Jimmy is ready to battle for ratings, there's another battle Jimmy wants no part of: the one between Letterman and Leno. Jimmy saying, "Dave and Jay know each other a lot better than I know either one of them." Jimmy was flattered, "That is the only way I would consider doing "Dancing With The Stars." He went on to say, "Tony we should get together in a rehearsal hall and we'll work on some moves, see how it goeswe'll rub up against each other a little." Jimmy may be moving time slots, but he doesn't plan on moving out of the business any time soon. This is his tenth anniversary and Jimmy says he wants to be on for ten more years to come, Jimmy laughing, "Another ten would be good, that seems like enough, I'm tired already." (Extra)

Arnold, "When I crash through a door, I'm getting up a little slower, and my bones ache, and my knees ache." Maria had a special message from Arnold's former nemesis, Sly Stallone, who joked, "Why don't you quit... seriously I have enough competition... I don't need to see you back so soon... oh my god it's like it doesn't go away... put a stake in its heart... it just lives... you're too good... he's just too good. " Arnold telling Maria he and Sly actually get along nowadays, "In the 80's we were fierce competitors... we hated each other... even though we admired each other, but we wanted each other to go away, but now we get along really well. Shown frolicking in the waves wearing a Barbados t-shirt, the question "Tourist or Traveler?" is displayed urging visitors to "find your path." As palm trees engulf the island a long haired Rihanna is spotted on a bike and riding a horse bareback throughout the countryside while her single "Diamonds" is played. Watch the video here.
Thirteen years later, people are still talking about that plunging neckline. But JLo admits, she's never really known what to do with the teal palm tree patterned number. In fact, the dress just spends its time hanging in her closet. Well, unless her housekeeper decides to take it out for a spin. "The other day, my housekeeper put it on a mannequin in my spa, where I get my hair and makeup done," Jennifer told Harper's Bazaar. "She sent me a picture. She was like, 'You like this dress?' Um, yeah, but I don't know if I like it out in the house!" See a photo and read about how her fashion sense has changed.

"My God, I think when we look back at 2012 'Call Me Maybe' is going to be right at the top of the best and worst lists of 2012," he told Radio.com. "That was a pretty good guilty pleasure for a lot of people. As is Taylor Swift's 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.'" While Tony admits to being slow on discovering Taylor Swift, he says everyone inside the business and fans alike raved about how great she is to him. "The thing that's really incredible about her is how her stuff is so appropriate for her. When an artist comes along and they really embody their story and they're living it out loud in public and everyone's following them in all the tabloids and then they're writing about it to the letter in a way that's completely appropriate and of that same persona. And she's killing it!" Stream the interview here.
The tour is set to kick off on February 4th in Washington DC and the announced dates run until March 2nd in Santa Ana, CA. Prior to the coheadlining tour, A Silent Film will perform a series of concerts later this month and in early February in Florida, Georgia and North and South Carolina. more on this story
