TMZ is reporting that Brit is on the verge of sealing a deal that could earn her even more than the $100 million deal that Caesars Palace inked previously with Celine Dion, a name that is synonymous with Sin City. A source tells the celebrity tracker this: "The deal is a go. There are several stipulations that could throw a monkey wrench in the deal, but it's basically done." And, like Celine, the deal is said to be with one of the Caesars group properties. It was previously unknown which hotel the hitmaker was in negotiations with. Hollyscoop has been in touch with Caesars Entertainment, who told us that they, "are always interested in having artists with the caliber of Britney Spears performing." In addition to Celine, the entertainment giant is responsible for bringing other mega acts includingRod Stewart, to Sir Elton John, to Cherto the Strip. Reportedly, the outstanding issues yet to be settled in the deal include a scheduling mishmash ranging from whether she'll stick to one hotel for multiple shows in a week, or bounce around Las Vegas Boulevard. We expect to receive an official announcement on the deal from Caesars once it is finalized. more on this story

In the article, Osbourne detailed the criticism she has faced from Gaga's fans. "I get called fat all the time. A big fat whore. Lady Gaga's fans are the worst. They've said I should kill myself, that they hope I get raped. I mean it's crazy but I've had this all my life and I just try and ignore it," Kelly told the magazine. The truth of the matter is the bullying dates back further than 2012. In 2009, Kelly called Gaga a "Butterface" meaning everything "but her face" is attractive, the magazine reports. Last week Lady Gaga spoke her mind through Twitter and her social networking site littlemonsters.com. "Dear Kelly, While I wish you had reached out to me personally, as the head of the Born This Way foundation with my mother Cynthia we would like to respond. Everyday, through my music and public voice I choose to be positive and work towards a kinder and braver world with our community of followers," Gaga wrote. "I encourage them to ignore criticism, stand up to bullies, know their own value and see that we are all the same and no one person is worth more than another. I know I'm perceived as a wild child, but in reality I am woman that deeply cares for humanity." Read more here.
"We would love for this music to make our fans feeeeel something, for it to stir some sh*t up inside of them, whatever that may be," says singer Karen O. I hope others can climb up it too; we're excited to share the good vibes." The new album was is produced by Dave Sitek and Nick Launay (working separately), with one track produced by James Murphy.

She was almost sorely let down when she looked on the wrong website and thought she'd lost out on any GRAMMY nominations. more on this story

I came out of it and said [to his wife], 'Babe, now's the time I quit, there's someone else out there' and she talked me off that cliff." Jackman, who had never told director Tom Hooper what happened, retold the story when he accepted the award for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy for "Les Miserables."
