Kendrick Lamar Sued For Using Classic Bill Withers Song Kendrick Lamar is being sued for the alleged unauthorized use of the classic Bill Withers song "Don't You Want To Stay" on the rap star's 2009 track "I Do This", according to TMZ.

The celebrity gossip site reports that Mattie Music Group, which says it owns the rights to the Withers track, filed a suit against Lamar seeking damages and they no longer want Lamar to use the Withers song.

Justin Bieber May Be Sidelined By The Cleveland Cavaliers (Radio.com) Justin Bieber fans waiting for the pop star's upcoming Cleveland date may be forced to wait a bit longer than anticipated. The pop star's scheduled concert in Cleveland is in jeopardy of being rescheduled due to a possible NBA playoff game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are taking on the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the NBA playoffs. Game 5 of the series is scheduled for April 26 at Quicken Loans Arena, the same night the Biebs is set to perform in the city.

If either team can sweep the seven game series by winning the first four, the fifth game would not be needed and would allow Bieber to perform as scheduled. So, it's safe to say Cleveland Beliebers will be pulling extra hard for LeBron and company to end the series quickly.

According to Billboard, the Cavaliers' organization is working on a contingency plan for a new date for the show in case the events overlap. Read more here.

ASAP Ferg Releases New Track Featuring Missy Elliott (Radio.com) A$AP Ferg has released yet another track off his upcoming album Always Strive and Prosper. Titled "Strive," the song was produced by DJ Mustard and Stelios Phili, and features Missy Elliott.

A$AP Ferg raps about the aspirations his mother had for him; she didn't want him to end up like his Uncle Terry, who slung drugs on the corner. In the song, A$AP Ferg shares how he promised his mother a better life as soon as he escaped his neighborhood.

Things take a soaring turn on the chorus, as words of inspiration combine with the house music foundation that forms the song. "I can see it in your face/ And I know you wanna fly/ So get off your a- and create your life/ Cuz you're missing opportunities/ I know you're rich in opportunities," Ferg sings on the chorus at first alone, and eventually with Missy Elliott.

Missy, meanwhile, lends a whip smart and whip quick verse to the track that echoes Ferg's theme about taking advantage of opportunities in order to make create a better life. Rapping about how the only way she was bound to make it was by being herself, Listen to "Strive" here.
