Blabbermouth reports: Two 19-year-old Georgia
men will go before the grand jury in Tennessee on charges related to an
overnight stay with two 12-year-old Maryville, TN girls whom they met through
a METALLICA chat room on the Internet, according to The Daily Times.
The men allegedly met the girls on the
Internet and spent the night of Oct. 5 and the early morning hours of Oct.
6 with them in a motel room on U.S. 411 South.
Juan Manuel Coronado II of Marietta, Ga.,
was bound over for rape of a child and contributing to the unruliness of
a juvenile. He is free on $77,500 bond.
His friend, Geoffrey Ray Dennis of Kennesaw,
Ga., will go before the grand jury on charges of aggravated sexual battery
and also contributing to the unruliness of a minor. He has remained in
the Blount County Jail under a $52,500 bond since his arrest Oct. 7. [see

Rape Arrests |
Blabbermouth reports: SATYRICON guitarists
Steinar Gundersen and A.O. Gronbech were arrested and charged in Canada
for drugging and raping a woman in the band's tour bus after a concert
in Toronto.
"I can confirm that the Norwegian consul
in Toronto has been in contact with the arrestees, and followed up by,
among other things, visiting them in jail and obtaining legal assistance,"
said Anne Lene Dale Sandstein, press officer of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, to Norwegian TV 2 Nettavisen.
According to Canadian police, the crimes
were committed after SATYRICON had performed at the club Fun Haus in Toronto
last Tuesday (Dec. 14), reported the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet.
"A woman from Toronto explained that she
went with the two Norwegian musicians to their tour bus," said Kristin
Bacharach at the Toronto police to the paper. There she was reportedly

died in his sleep after a Friday (Dec. 17) show.
The band reported that drummer Brandon
Chevalier-Kolling died in his sleep while in a hotel in Dallas. No cause

AP reports: Rap singer Snoop Dogg has sued
a woman and her attorneys for extortion, alleging they demanded $5 million
to keep silent about an alleged assault against her, according to a lawsuit.
The lawsuit, filed in Superior Court on
Dec. 10, said Snoop Dogg whose real name is Calvin Broadus was not
involved in the alleged assault at a performance in 2003. [see full story

that their first release for 2005 will be a CD by Ex-Misfit Michale Graves.
This will be Graves' debut release under his full name, and the first since
his last effort, entitled Graves, with former Misfit Dr. Chud. Graves and
Chud left legendary punk band the Misfits in October of 2000. The new effort

Sum 41 will brave the cold weather of its homeland during an early 2005
tour of the country.
The month-long trek gets underway in Montreal
on Jan. 14, and stops are planned throughout Canada.
Dubbed the "Go Chuck Yourself" tour, the
outing supports "Chuck," Sum 41's follow-up to 2002's "Does This Look Infected?".

Slapp told you about baby Raven. Fellow music fans have given generously
through the Ravensheart.org website but money is still needed to pay for
her expensive medical treatment. A lot of musicians have stepped up to
the plate and volunteered their time and talent for the forthcoming benefit
concert to take place next month in Beverly Hills. antiMUSIC is proud to
be a co-sponsor along with the promoter who is putting it all together,
Happenin Harry. We wanted to give you an update on how the benefit is shaping
up, as well as tell you about the very first auction associated with Raven's
Heart that is taking place right now!
A Benefit For Raven's Heart Foundation
will take place on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at The Hard Rock Cafe' in
Beverly Hills!!
The benefit concert will feature members
of Iron Maiden, Guns N Roses, AC/DC, Andrew W.K., Murderdolls, Type O Negative,
Disturbed, Poison, Orgy, Danzig, Fear Factory, Disgraceful, W.A.S.P., Bang
Tango, Quiet Riot, Beautiful Creatures, Ours, Cinderella, Lynch Mob, Harry
And The Haptones, The Firm, Danger Danger, Ministry, The Misfits, Great
