Reznor & Manson Thieves?
Blabbermouth reports: PRONG guitarist/vocalist
Tommy Victor has revealed to RollingStone.com that NINE INCH NAILS mastermind
Trent Reznor briefly enlisted him for a side project called TAPEWORM that
never materialized.
"Actually, that's one of the reasons I
threw in the towel for a while," Victor told the magazine. "I was promised
so much by that whole camp — not to sound bitter or anything. I went down
to New Orleans and worked on some stuff, but I never heard any finished
product. But some of that stuff I worked on appeared on some MARILYN MANSON
stuff. I was ripped off — that's happened several times."
PRONG have just issued their sixth studio
album, "Scorpio Rising", in the U.S. through Locomotive Music.-

Peter Criss is Pissed
PeterCriss.net reports: KISS drummer Peter
Criss has issued a statement to his fans about why he wasn't asked to play
on the upcoming KISS tour. (Eric Singer will get the cat paint instead).
Below is the statement from Criss:
I have been receiving thousands of fan
mail as to what is going on with KISS. Today, my contract ran out. No one,
again no one has called me, or my attorney about an extension for future
touring. As a founding member I find this to be disrespectful to me, and
to the fans that have made us one of the biggest bands in the world. You
will always get the truth from me, I have no reason to lie to the people
that gave me such a wonderful life. And that’s the god’s honest truth.
God bless,
Peter Criss

This is the stuff that breaks my heart.
