the world of the Internet
There is a world were we can go and see
To look up things that are internsting and free
A world of entertainment that is loads of fun
of music and entertainment for everyone
a world of old history and new
and lots of other stuff to see and do
The internet is a wonderful place
it helps to find lots of places and people
you are trying to trace.
Maybe an Aunt or Uncle from Far away
that maybe you could get in contact with just to say
to invite them to your house or theirs and ask them to stay
and then say to yourself you've had a great day.
The Internet is a world of wonder, that sometimes it can correct a mishap or blunder.
to play games with all the people in the world
to see how many would make a person's head swirl
They have people of all Color and Race,
to see how many makes the Internet a wonderful Place.
Now lately the Internet has been a place of sadness
full of sorrow and greed and never gladness
these people come on the internet to take
all the free music that the internet users can make
according to them the freedom of the internet is dead
so put your hands up over your head
They've come to take you and put you in jail
and have your friends and family put up money for bail
they even have the nerve to arrest children the lords gonna
send them to hell
For being so ruthless to our yound and old
only the people with power and money could be so bold
they think they own all the music in the world
Give me a bucket I'm about to hurl
the internet is about freedom not about cost
it's not about money or how much you've lost
it's about the rights of others , but it does no good
because these people of power or coming to your nieghborhood
to take your children and youth far away
Because all they wanted was to go and play
on the internet to hear their favorite songs
leaving you to ask what did we do wrong
the government came and took them away
now we have to appear in court in less that a day
for something that was supposed to be free
why is the government doing this too me
Because of the riaa and the reocord companies power that be
they want money from all over the world
they are so darn greedy it makes me want to hurl
they are acting like they own the world
somebody hand me a bucket again I'm gonna hurl
these greedy people make me so sick
only thinking of money makes them tick
there are people in the world starving of hunger
from the adult and old and yes even younger
these people of greed doesn't even care
just as long as they get their share
of the green stuff called money that comes to them in wads
their answer to the homeless and starving pray to your gods
Yes the world of the internet is a wonderful place
just make sure when you download anything you have a man for hire with a suit and briefcase
