BW&BK reports: KELLY OSBOURNE has upset her parents by insisting their Ozzfest touring festival is the second best rock show in America. 

The reality star-turned-[wanna-be]pop singer insists California's Coachella Festival is the best show in the world.

All Headline News reports: Another celebrity decides to chronicle their life for the entire world to see. Fred Durst has decided to take a seat on the reality TV bandwagon. 

Durst and a team of producers are in talks to create a hybrid show � reality slash talk show � called "My Life With Fred Durst."

Green Day Ban
Punkbands reports: Green Day was put on a list of suggested artists that shouldn't perform at Carson, Calif.'s Home Depot Center, but the band is scheduled to play there two nights in October, anyway. One show is already sold out. Backstreet DUI
Contact Music reports: BACKSTREET BOYS heart-throb NICK CARTER pleaded not guilty to two drink driving-related charges Wednesday (13APR05). 

Carter's plea was phoned in by his lawyer to Orange County court, California, according to MARK MACAULAY, spokesman for the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Junior Delgado RIP
BBC reports: Jamaican reggae singer Junior Delgado has died at the age of 46 in London, where he had been based. 

In a 30-year career, Delgado recorded with the likes of Lee Perry, Sly and Robbie and Dennis Brown.

D'Angelo Guilty 
E! reports: The Grammy-winning R&B crooner, whose real name is Michael Eugene Archer, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of marijuana possession and driving under the influence that stemmed from a January traffic stop in Richmond, Virginia. 

D'Angelo's troubles began when he was pulled over in the wee hours of the morning on Jan. 9 and subsequently charged with drunk driving. AP reports: The mother of Michael Jackson's accuser told jurors Thursday a bizarre story of weeks during which she was shuttled around by Jackson's associates, made a virtual prisoner and warned that "killers" were after her.

AP reports: With Britney Spears and her husband, Kevin Federline, making headlines with the news that she's pregnant, UPN has announced a May 17 premiere for the couple's reality show. 

The premiere will be a special one-hour episode (9 p.m. ET), UPN announced Wednesday. The series, not yet titled, will follow their courtship, engagement and wedding through private home videos, mostly shot by the couple with their own camera. Mandatory Music Dish
AP reports: A federal judge has ordered satellite television provider EchoStar Communications Corp (Dish Network) to begin carrying a music video channel owned by Universal Music Group that is the subject of a lawsuit between the two companies.

Reuters reports: Middle-aged musicians who have neither burned out nor faded away -- yet may be some years past their creative peaks -- are pulling in the real money in today's topsy-turvy music industry. 

In the young person's game that is popular music, the top of Rolling Stone magazine's 2004 money list is dominated by artists of a certain age like Metallica and Rod Stewart. 

They may not produce as many chart-topping songs as they once did, but with album sales flagging due to Internet piracy and competition from other entertainment outlets, they pull in revenue streams from merchandise, concerts and books.

Outkast, Parks Settle
liveDaily reports: Hip-hop group OutKast and civil rights icon Rosa Parks have reached a settlement in a long-running dispute surrounding the group's use of Parks' name as a song title. 

In one portion of the settlement, revealed in a press release issued Thursday (4/14), OutKast agreed to perform on a tribute CD marking the 50th anniversary of Parks' arrest, an incident that helped to spark the Civil Rights movement. Ozzy: Axl Went Nuts

Nugent Godsmack?
Blabbermouth reports: Ted Nugent says he's writing music for a new album, and he's collaborating with country star Toby Keith and the band GODSMACK. Nugent toured with Keith last year and he and GODSMACK were among the acts on the line-up of Rockin' The Corps, a concert at the Marine Corps Air Station, Camp Pendleton. Blabbermouth reports: MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine recently spoke to The Sydney Morning Herald about his ongoing "feud" with METALLICA, the nerve injury to his arm that brought his career to a halt, and the band's most recent album, "The System Has Failed". Watershlock Fest
Blabbermouth reports: Kyle Munson of Des Moines Register is reporting that POISON lead singer Bret Michaels, FOREIGNER (led by Mick Jones, minus Lou Gramm), SLAUGHTER, SKID ROW (minus Sebastian Bach) and HELLS BELLS (a Florida-based AC/DC cover band) have been confirmed for the the second annual installment of Waterstock Rock, set to take place June 18 at Water Works Park in Des Moines, Iowa.
