Wahlberg Vs Eminem
Contact Music reports: Hollywood hunk MARK WAHLBERG has slammed EMINEM, MATT DAMON and BEN AFFLECK for giving a false impression of tough, impoverished childhoods in their music and films. 

Wahlberg - who blames his assault conviction 17 years ago on his harsh childhood - has also attacked rapper Eminem for idealising his difficult formative years in his biopic 8 MILE, in an interview with DETAILS magazine.

50 Cent Ad Ban
BBC reports: Sports firm Reebok has pulled a TV ad after a mother whose son was shot dead complained it glamorised gun crime. 

Lucy Cope, of Southwark, south London, went to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) about the campaign featuring US rapper 50 Cent.

Contact Music reports: R+B hunk USHER is in a search to get more than $100,000 (GBP52,600) worth of his belongings back, after they were reportedly stolen from one of DONALD TRUMP's properties.

Gotti Murder Probe
Contact Music reports: Rap mogul IRV 'GOTTI' LORENZO and his brother CHRISTOPHER are under federal investigation for a vicious beating which led to the death of a New York drug dealer. 

The brothers are suspected of wielding a piece of lumber "embedded with nails", according to one police report, to repeatedly bash ANTHONY SYLVESTER on the head until he fell unconscious before dumping his body in a vacant Manhattan lot on 20 October 1993. Aiken Snivels On Dr Phil
AP reports: Multiplatinum-selling singer Clay Aiken will talk about his own experiences with bullying with Dr. Phil McGraw on the syndicated "Dr. Phil" show Tuesday. 

"He talks about his own experiences being bullied," says RCA Records publicist Roger Widynowski, who said Aiken isn't doing any press interviews at this time. Diddy Dud
AP reports: "Diddy Day" was a dud. Sean "P. Diddy" Combs was a no-show at an event scheduled Friday at the Aladdin hotel-casino. Mayor Oscar Goodman had been set to proclaim it "Diddy Day," but plans were scrapped at the last minute when word came that the hip-hop mogul wouldn't attend. 

"Due to an unfortunate miscommunication, I will not be able to make the anticipated trip to Las Vegas on April 15," Combs said in a statement. "I am flattered the mayor saw fit to honor me with a day and hope to join him soon." [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

AP reports: The mother of Michael Jackson's accuser lashed out at the pop star from the witness stand Monday, declaring that Jackson "really didn't care about children, he cared about what he was doing with children." 

The woman resisted answering questions by defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. and began her fourth day on the witness stand by making speeches to the jury.

Stanley Goes Pop
Blabbermouth reports: KISS frontman Paul Stanley has collaborated with Boston-based THE CLICK FIVE on the track "Angel to You (Devil to Me)", which is set to appear on THE CLICK FIVE's debut CD, "Greetings From Imrie House", due on August 2 via Lava.

Ozzy Leaving US
BW&BK reports: FemaleFirst (www.femalefirst.co.uk) has issued the following report: OZZY OSBOURNE is set to leave America for good - to retire in Britain. 

The ageing rocker, who spends much of his time at home in Los Angeles, says he is fed-up with the US and once he finishes touring will move back to his homeland.
