to Sue? |

she. The question at hand is did American Idol judge, and former pop star
Paula Abdul have improper dealings with former contestant with Corey Clark.
ABC News seem to think so, which could
land them with a lawsuit imminently if it proceeds with an hour-long TV
special 'Fallen Idol' next Wednesday (May 3).
"There's a false story that's defamatory
to Paula...Her lawyer responded to that," a spokesperson for Abdul told

Santana
Sued |

Unfortunately for him, he wasn't religious
enough.
That's the gist of a wrongful termination

guitar god. Kuhlman claims in an Apr. 13 filing that he was fired by Santana

involve many examples of failed attempts to control your lust, and how

Blabbermouth reports: The following message
has been posted at the official KISS web site, KissOnline.com:
"Last August, the attorneys for KISS obtained
an injunction against the sale of counterfeit KISS merchandise and seized
bootleg videos of KISS concerts that were being offered for sale at a KISS
Expo in North Carolina. Our attorneys (Ray Scott and William Randolph),
following up on that seizure, obtained last week a permanent injunction
against defendant Roy Damm and damages awarded to Kiss Catalog of $7,000,000,
plus attorneys' fees.
"We hope that this judgment sends a clear
message that KISS will not tolerate being ripped off by counterfeiters
and bootleggers. [no word yet on the refund to fans that purchased overpriced
