(Gigwise) The makeup artist who was trying to sue rapper Snoop Dogg for millions of dollars has dropped all charges.The dropped lawsuit alleged that the make up artist, Kylie Bell, had been raped by Snoop and members of his entourage following a taping of the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live Show', where Snoop was a guest host back in 2003.
