Audio Aggression reports: Korn and their rapper
friends apparently enjoyed making the video for their lastest single, "Twisted
Transistor", so much they want to expand the project into a movie. At KROQ's
Almost Acoustic Christmas Saturday front-man Jonathan Davis told MTV, "We're
gonna try and do like a full-on new 'Spinal Tap', but with hip-hop guys

Post Chronicle reports: In Touch Weekly has
the latest scoop on the Britney/K-Fed fiasco. As tPC reported recently,
after spending her birthday week apart, Britney Spears and her husband,
Kevin Federline, patched things up again. Hanging out with friends Vegas
during the week of Britney's 24th birthday, Kevin reportedly told a reporter
that he has already consulted his lawyers and would demand a "$125 million"

Blabbermouth reports: Former THE CULT touring
bassist Billy Morrison (now the guitarist in CAMP FREDDY) has shot down
reports that he has been approached to take part in the band's rumored
reunion in 2006. Morrison, who is currently involved in a top-secret project
involving several "name" musicians, has stated about the possibility of
reuniting with his former bandmates, "The rumored CULT reunion for next
year is NOT what I have been working on, although it could get in the way
of the [secret] project!! And don't ask if I will be a part of THE CULT

Blabbermouth reports: Playbill.com is reporting
that "Gabba Gabba Hey!", the new musical featuring the music of the rock
group the RAMONES that debuted in Perth, Australia in August 2004, is headed
to the U.S.
Michael Herrmann, who penned the musical's
book, told Playbill.com that a showcase performance of "Gabba" will be
presented March 19, 2006, at the South By Southwest Festival in Austin,
TX. An Off-Broadway run at New York's Zipper Theater is expected in May.
Casting for the U.S. productions will be announced at a later date.[see

talk specifics, Velvet Revolver is mulling an overarching theme for the
set, according to frontman Scott Weiland.
"With the first record, it was kind of
a feeling out process on a technical level," he says. "We were sort of
bonded by blood in a sense, because we'd gone through very similar circumstances.
On this record, I have a real concept in mind. Because of that, it will
be a very album-oriented record instead of a singles-driven record."

series on the West Memphis Three. Our regular readers always know when
Dolly takes on a topic you are in for a treat. This time around she takes
a little more serious stance as she tackles this very serious issue in
her latest Pop 9 list. We are not posting the list here, just part of dolly's

the list. While funny, it really highlights the problems that many people
have with this case and it is deadly serious business.
The Life Threatening Tragedy of Stupidity

If only every instance of officious stupidity
were stopped before it got to the point of caricature ripe for lampooning,
then The West Memphis Three would be an obscure footnote in the legal system
rather than victims of it. I am sure you all know the basics of the case;
if not, a tour of http://www.wm3.org would be more educational than this
article. Plus, you could see how much safer society is thanks to advanced
crime solving techniques such as those relied upon where superstition &
feelings reign supreme over evidence & logic. Not only is society safer,
but taxpayers are grateful that appeals are swiftly denied without consideration.
Imagine the costs associated with releasing these guys & compensating
them for their unjust arrest! When you add that to the costs already incurred
by the trial, I am sure you can see the reasonableness & fiscal savvy
of just maintaining the status quo. If you, like the police department,
prosecutor's office & judges of West Memphis, AK find that 'reading
just isn't your thing', you could rent the HBO documentary, "Paradise Lost"
or "Paradise Lost 2" to see what the uproar is about. Or, maybe someone
will finally make that coloring book that's in the works, to help the judge,
PD & prosecutors realize why the country thinks they are stupid rubes
that used their position to screw some kids they have a grudge against,
as the evidence reveals. To summarize a complicated case in a sentence,
everybody knows that when people dress in black & listen to metal,
it proves that they are sadistic butchers of children, who kill for fun
& then brag about it to their friends. If only the kids who shot up
a school had lived, they could tell you the same thing! -
