Slapp of the Day: Fox
Day in Rock reports: It's great to be back. I want to thank all of you that complained and helped get my column canceled. You rock! Yeah, Crue heads I'm talking about you! Don't let the hairspray get to you brains this time. I'll smack those geriatric yoyos around some more in the coming weeks. After much pestering the big guy here agreed to try this little experiment out. The Slapp of the Day in Born! Because it's a daily thing and there are not enough musicians to slapp around, I will venture beyond music on some days to slapp others that need it. So with that in mind I kick off this new series with a slapp of an entire TV network!

Fox needs a huge old slapp. Not only for sucking and putting on really bad copies of other shows but succeeding in doing what the Crue heads tried to do to me. Canceling something cool and leaving us hanging. I'm talking about their spoof of "The Apprentice", a little ditty called "Big Fat Obnoxious Boss". It's wasn't quality TV by any stretch, I mean we're talking Fox here, but it was sarcastic as all hell and it was fun watching these bozos do ridiculous things each week to try and win a job with the world's second worst boss (the first is the head bozo at Fox). The Fox programming morons pulled the show last year half way through the season. You should never let a show like this hanging half way through. At least do a one night marathon like NBC had the decency to do with "The Restaurant". But no the jaggoffs at Fox pulled it off in favor of "Malcolm in the Middle" repeats. First they were gonna bring it back but then decided they would post the remaining episodes on their website in late January. It's now Feb 1st and no episodes. So Fox basically screwed the fans of this show three times. Gee thanks, see if I stay tuned to watch the "Worlds Lamest Network Exploitation Special" part 15 next Thursday. This wasn't a beautiful slapp to start things off with but it needed to be done. If you have a target for a slapping let me know by posting in the Fan Speak. Until tomorrow, Slapp Out! - Click Here for the Full Story
