Love Hospitalized
Contact Music reports: COURTNEY LOVE was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Wednesday night (20JUL05), after complaining of feeling faint.

The former HOLE frontwoman, 41, was attending an entertainment industry gathering at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel when she felt ill, according to her publicist JILL FRITZO.

Fritzo says, "She was at a party, felt faint, went out for air, a friend called an ambulance for precaution, they took her to the hospital and she was released immediately."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Punkers Vs eBay
punkbands reports: According to Virgil, owner of Suburban Home Records & Distribution, eBay.com unjustly shut down his company's "Ebay Store." eBay accused Suburban Home of selling a "mod chip" for video game consoles, which was actually a music DVD featuring Darkest Hour, Throwdown, Beloved and others. After requiring the label to fax information, etc, eBay told SH their store would be back up within five days. That was almost 14 days ago.

Jacko Skips Court
andPOP reports: Jackson could be charged with contempt of court after failing to appear at a hearing in Louisiana, a month after his acquittal on numerous child molestation charges. 

According to the BBC, Joseph Bartucci alleged he was sexually assaulted by Jackson in a limousine in 1984. Batucci also said he suppresed his memories about the incidents until listening to news coverage of the child molestation case. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

DiFranco Sidelined
liveDaily reports: Following the conclusion of her current July tour, singer-songwriter Ani DiFranco will take a hiatus from live performing until summer 2006, according to her publicist.

DiFranco, who typically performs more than 100 gigs per year, is suffering from inflamed nerves and tendons in her wrists and hands. NME reports: SPIRITUALIZED mainman JASON PIERCE is recovering after an illness left him close to death.

The star, who recently completed work on the band’s new album, is now at home after spending a lengthy time in intensive care for an as-yet-unspecified illness.
