The band has postponed planned stops in New Jersey and New Hampshire on June 14 and 15, respectively, while singer Johnny Van Zant recovers from "a severe case of strep throat" that he "has been battling for the past month," according to a press release. The illness also forced the band to scrap its scheduled appearance at this week's CMA Music Festival in Nashville. [see full story for more]
