(Digital Noise) According to Celebrity Justice Chester Bennington is going solo -- but we're not talking about his relationship with his band mates in Linkin Park. Instead, he's splitting with his wife, Samantha.
In court papers obtained by "CJ," Samantha doesn't cite temptation, only the usual "irreconcilable differences" between the once powerfully close couple. The papers also reveal that there are issues over the custody of their three-year-old son, Draven.
Chester accuses his estranged wife of trying to punish him by thwarting his visitation rights, stating, "I have every ability to care and nurture him"

Chester and Sam had been together for a very long time. It's really rude to judge Sam soley on her looks and the fact that she's married to Chester. We don't know her personally; and if she wasn't anything special, do you really think that Chester would've been with her this long? It's been almost (or a little over, not sure) ten years cuz they married when he was 18. I hope the best for them and hope that the courts set things straight with Draven. There's nothing wrong with joint coustody.

I am deeply disappointed to hear this news and hope for the best for both of them. It is understandable for Samantha to feel this way due to the fact that her husband can't always be there. It's a lot of pressure to put up with when your husband's a rockstar and has so many fans that you don't even know, fighting for him. It must also be stressful to be away from your family that long, even when the career you're in is everything you ever wanted. Hopefully they will make the right decision and will soon be free of the dilemma.

All I have to say is that Samantha is stupid I hope Chester win this case and splits with Samantha if he already did that then thank you cause he does not need to be with her he needs to be with some one who's better than her and other thing is because she is ugly too!!.
