.
(press release) The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival has added rock favorites the Black Crowes to its diverse lineup. This announcement comes soon after the band sold out its five-night run, that took place March 22-27 (as well as March 29 and 30) at New York Citys Hammerstein Ballroom. The Black Crowes put their 15-year, seven-album career on indefinite hiatus in October 2001, when bandleaders and brothers Chris and Rich Robinson decided to part ways to pursue solo projects. Their appearance at Bonnaroo 2005 is the first to be confirmed since the Hammerstein run was announced. This will be the second Bonnaroo appearance for Chris Robinson, who played at Bonnaroo 2004 with his solo project, The New Earth Mud.

Bonnaroo is also pleased to welcome West Coast hip-hop crew Jurassic 5 back for the first time since 2002.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
