Record Stores Suck
BBC reports: Download retailer iTunes now sells more music in the US than some of the country's biggest traditional retailers, according to analysts.

Warner Payola Settlement

Reuters reports: A former adviser to Michael Jackson has filed a $64 million lawsuit against the pop star, alleging breach of contract and fraud.

Atreyu Spring
Victory Records reports: n 2002 Atreyu exploded out of Orange County.
