Santana Slams KISS
KNAC reports: Latin Rock guitarist Carlos Santana has slammed Kiss frontman Gene Simmons by questioning his musical ability and branding him "Las Vegas entertainment".

Beatles Rule
Reuters reports: The Beatles were singled out on Friday as the most influential entertainers of the past 100 years, beating out the likes of Elvis Presley, Charlie Chaplin and Mickey Mouse, according to a survey conducted by show business newspaper Variety. 

The newspaper published a list of 100 entertainers from all branches of show business, including actors, directors, screenwriters, musicians, television presenters, animals, comedians and cartoon characters. Baker Knight RIP
AP reports: Prolific songwriter Baker Knight, whose hits were recorded by stars ranging from Elvis Presley to Ricky Nelson, Paul McCartney, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, has died at age 72. 

From the 1950s to the 1970s, Knight wrote almost 1,000 songs. More than 40 singers recorded his tunes, which include the 1970 Presley hit "The Wonder of You" and Martin's "Somewhere There's a Someone" and "That Old Time Feelin'." As of recently, my girlfriend of 3 years, Olamide Adeyooye, has been reported missing by the police. The last known place she was at was Family Video on Kottage Avenue in NORMAL, ILLINOIS on Thursday October 12th at about 9:00pm.
