DMX Raped & Sued?
pr-inside reports: The single mother at the centre of DMX's rape charges is suing the rapper after getting bombarded with calls asking her if she took advantage of the sleeping hitmaker. In a recent issue of urban magazine Sister 2 Sister, DMX - real name EARL SIMMONS - insisted he was "raped" by a woman in Washington DC.

He refused to name her but confessed she is the same woman who successfully won a paternity battle with the rap star, claiming her baby son was the result of a weekend romance she had with DMX in 2003. Now, MONIQUE WAYNE, who is the woman the rapper is referring to is suing him for defamation[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Eagles Vs Axl
punkbands reports: Eagles Of Death Metal band leader Jesse "The Devil" Hughes has vented his anger at Axl Rose, saying the singer is "fucking out of his mind" after his band were thrown off Guns n' Roses' US tour. However speaking to NME, Hughes said he was "shocked" by Rose's reaction when he branded them "The Pigeons Of Shit Metal", and then sacked them from stage during a recent gig at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena.

"Axl Rose is fucking out of his mind," raged Hughes. "He wasn't even there when we played. He got there about 30 minutes after we got done playing. He waltzed on to the stage and went nuts. He had a couple of fans thrown out for pissing him off. Then when he called us The Pigeons Of Shit Metal, Tommy Stinson, their bass player took his bass off and goes: 'Fuck you, that's it'. And then he threw his bass down. But then Axl picked up his bass and fucking threw it at him dude. It was a fucking circus up there."

Despite reports claiming that his band were thrown off the tour for the poor reception they received, Hughes said by the end of the show EODM managed to win the fans over.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Fiddy's Oprah Racism
TMZ reports: Oprah Winfrey has morphed into a middle-aged white woman, says 50 Cent, and "caters" to their needs more than she does her black sisters.

Three 6 Mafia Settle
pr-inside reports: Rap group THREE 6 MAFIA have settled a lawsuit by a teenager who claimed he was severely beaten at a concert when fans took the lyrics to the song LET'S START A RIOT too seriously.

RAMONE WILLIAMS, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, received financial compensation in October (06) but details of the settlement were sealed.

Williams, who was 19 at the time, said he got into the now-defunct club in August 2003 and became uneasy when the song began. Before it was over, Williams alleged he was thrown to the floor, hit with a chair, stomped on and kicked in the face. His injuries included a fractured jaw. Williams previously won a default judgment against the club.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

tinfoilmusic.net reports: The American Government, at the urging of the RIAA & MPAA, have finally forced Russian company Allofmp3.com to shut down. The Americans have browbeaten the Russian government enough that they have finally caved in and declared the site illegal, even though it complies with Russian law.

One of the key sticking points to Russia's acceptance into the WTO was what the US considered a substandard approach to protecting Intellectual Property Rights.[see full story for more... congrats to tinfoil on the new site! go check it out] - Click Here for the Full Story

He got it during the Australian tour already but we all thought he would recover well in time for the Canadian tour.

He's been treated with antibiotics. But unfortunately the problems remain the same and we can't take the chance to fly over the band for this tour, without being 100% sure that the band can perform. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
