(Rockdirt) The New York Post reports that Vince Neil was described as "puffy" as he tried to perform the other night at a South Beach benefit hosted by Rush Limbaugh's lawyer Roy Black, and his wife, Lea, for Baypoint School, a boarding institution for troubled boys.
