You don't Need a PC to Get Sued By the RIAA
webpronews.com reports: The Inquirer's Nick Farrell suggests that it was apparent telepathy that allowed Brooklyn resident Marie Lindon to download songs off the Internet without a computer. Others think the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is picking names out of a phonebook, sharing the random wrath of Navin Johnson's would-be assassin as well as "The Jerk's" titular characteristics.

Farrell called it a "sue everyone policy" after Lindon's attorneys responded to the RIAA's lawsuit claiming Lindon not only was innocent of the download and distribution charges, but also never owned or ever turned on a computer. [see full story for more RIAA fun]- Click Here for the Full Story

Apparently, visitors have been peppering the message board at the bands' official website with non-stop criticism over Draimans' comments...some demanding an apology. Draiman left this message on the bands message board, shortly before it was turned off completely:

"When an apology is warranted, I am the first to offer one. But not in this case. I do not appreciate the idiocy of people criticizing what I am supposed to have said. I am not going to defend myself any more than I already have, as there should be no need to. I have half a mind to do away with this board completely...[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
