Stapp Sex Tape?
antiMusic reports: Scott Stapp may be getting an unexpected wedding present from Red Light District. The Detroit News is reporting that the porn distributor plans to follow up their successful release of the Paris Hilton sex tape with one they just obtained featuring the former Creed frontman and Kid Rock.

The 45-minute video reportedly features Stapp and Kid Rock "engaging in a series of randy tour bus shenanigans with four buxom groupies," according to the Detroit News report. Although the story later states that the video shows "two women engaged in a sexual tryst with Rock". No mention of any real action featuring the "Christian Rock" singer aside from a clip released on the net where Stapp proclaims "It's good to be the king!" and the mention of "tour bus shenanigans with four buxom groupies".

The Detroit News spoke with Red Light District president David Joseph who said that the tape was filmed in Miami in 2000 and he hopes to release it this year on DVD at about $70-$80 a pop. You can read the full Detroit News Story at the full story link.

GNR Leaks Pt 2
antiMusic reports: GNR fever has hit the web big time! It didn't take long for Guns N' Roses management to reportedly attempt to plug the leaks that sprung up on Wednesday but a ton of fans already got a taste of the new GNR material and are itching for more. Many GNR websites that offer forums have instituted a delete and ban policy for those that post links to the two leaked GNR tracks "IRS" and "Better" that we reported on yesterday. Messages reportedly from reps of the group's management asked fan sites to remove links and any postings mentioning the leaks.

That didn't stop some radio stations from playing the song. Eight radio outlets have played one or both songs according to fan reports on the popular GNR site 'Here Today… Gone to Hell.' The King of All Media even got in on it; Howard Stern reportedly played part of "IRS" on his show Thursday.

The leaks have fueled rumors across the board. One such rumor says that the original lineup of the group was reforming with Slash re-recording the guitar parts on Chinese Democracy. Most fans dismiss such rumors out of hand. We do know that prior to these leaks, the GNR camp planned to make some kind of announcement within the next few weeks. Coldplay on Hold
antiMusic reports: The Evening Standard is reporting that Coldplay plan to take a long vacation after their world tour concludes. Frontman Chris Martin proclaimed that Coldplay plan to "go into hiding" as the band picked up a Brit Award for album of the year earlier this week.

"People are fed up with us - and so are we," Martin told the crowd. "We won't see you for a long time. I mean it. It's going to be years before we have the chance to say this again."

The London paper says a spokesperson confirmed that the band would go on break following the conclusion of their current World Tour. The proclamations caused some to speculate that the band was calling it a day; however, their record label EMI has a different spin on the news. A rep for the label told NME, "Coldplay are not quitting. They are on the road until July, when their 16-month 'X&Y' World Tour ends in Japan. They will then continue working on new material."
