. (FMQB) Clear Channel Entertainment must go to court in California over charges of racketeering and claims of improper usage of funds at the Shoreline Ampitheatre in Mountain View, CA. According to the Bay Area newspaper the Mercury News, the concert division of Clear Channel (recently spun off as Live Nation) will go to trial over the city's claims, ruled Judge William Elfving.
