(Aversion) Tom Waits has won a Spanish court case where he sought action against an advertiser for deliberately using a singer to mimic his voice.Waits won an intellectual property case against Volkswagen-Audi and a commercial television production company, winning the right to squash sound-alike music that mimics his songs to be used in commercials.
