(Contact Music) R+B star R KELLY's trial on child pornography charges has been delayed after the presiding judge was hospitalised in Chicago, Illinois, after falling from a ladder. Judge VINCENT GAUGHAN is in the intensive care unit at a Chicago hospital after falling while trying to fix a skylight at his home on Saturday (15JUL06) evening. Pretrial hearings in the case were scheduled to begin on Tuesday (25JUL06), but this date may have to be rearranged following Judge Gaughan's injuries.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
