N' Syncer Gay
TMZ reports: Lance Bass says he's gay and in a stable relationship with a reality show star.

Over the last few months, TMZ shot video of Bass and "Amazing Race" winner Reichen Lehmkuhl, and although there was a buzz the two were a couple, they went to considerable lengths not to be seen in the same shot. In one video, as they walked through a park in New York together and saw the cameras, they immediately separated.

Now, Bass reveals to People he is indeed gay and in a "very stable" relationship with Lehmkuhl. Bass told People that he feared coming out while he was in the boy band 'N Sync because he felt "it would overpower everything." [now that's a big shock… read more at the full story link] [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Lohan Hospitalized
TMZ reports: Late nights, lack of water and too much heat proved more than Lindsay Lohan could take.

TMZ has learned that Lindsay was taken yesterday by private car to a local hospital from the set of her new film "Georgia Rule."

Lohan's rep Leslie Sloane-Zelnick tells TMZ the starlet "got overheated and dehydrated" and received a vitamin B-12 shot and is now "totally fine" after a good night's sleep.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Axl Vs Bouncers
Blabbermouth reports: GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose stopped the band's headlining performance midway through the song "You Could be Mine" at the NEC Arena in Birmingham, England on Tuesday, July 25 in to chastise the security for being so "heavy-handed" with a guy in the crowd. "What the fuck's wrong with you guys down here?" Axl said after instructing the rest of his band to stop playing. "The security guys, you guys are out of control. The guy was having some fun, so you're gonna beat him? You guys gotta go. You're outta here." [see full story for more including a video] - Click Here for the Full Story

L.A. Guns Vs Tracii Guns
Day in Rock reports: [Phil Lewis and Co issued the following statement, according to Sleazeroxx.com] It has come to our attention that a former member of L.A. Guns with rights to use the name has put a Tribute band together with some of the guys he played with before the band were signed to Polygram records in 1986. It is a band that never recorded a record together just played some local shows. Twenty years ago. So if you intend to book or attend a concert by this band you should know that a singer who's voice you have never heard on a single LAG record will be attempting to cover LAG classics with a drummer that hasn't played in a band since 1989. Unfortunately this situation has developed due to the fact that Tracii has burned every bridge that he has ever crossed and these are the only guys left that take him seriously. It should be apparent to anyone with the slightest understandING on how a band operates that certain people are indeed toxic which is why Steve Riley, Phil Lewis, Adam Hamilton and Stacy Blades decided that the band had to continue after our former guitarist jumped ship two weeks before the release of a new record and world tour four years ago. Since then the band has gone on to prove that live and in the studio the loss has not hurt us a bit, in fact public and press option has made it clear that we are in fact much better off. [We attempted to contact Tracii for comment but had not heard back by press time. However, going by his online sites, it appears Tracii is touring under the name Tracii Guns not L.A. Guns. But it would be funny to see him touring under the banner of another band he lent his name to, Guns N' Roses. ]

Karaoke Lawsuit
AP reports: Karaoke night sounded a sour note for a Syracuse bar that is being sued in federal court for using unlicensed songs. "This is unbelievable to me," said Mark Bullis, one of the owners of the Bull & Bear Pub in Syracuse. "It almost feels like extortion. We're being bullied into this, and it's just ridiculous. It's the little guy getting beat up by the big guy," he said. [see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

No Slaves to Rumors
Blabbermouth reports: Chris Cornell has shot down rumors that AUDIOSLAVE's forthcoming, Brendan O'Brien-produced album "Revelations" will be the singer's last with the band, as he has been working on material for his first solo album in more than seven years.

"We hear rumors that AUDIOSLAVE is breaking up all the time," Cornell explained to MTV.com. "Even in the beginning, when we were having business problems, and we weren't necessarily going to be a band, we were still going to put out a record. We made a record and we loved it. I think that's where it starts - the idea that we sort of started on shaky ground. You would hope that by now, putting out our third record, people wouldn't be thinking that way or be worried about it. But it comes up. I always just ignore it."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
