Master Plea
TMZ reports: TMZ was in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday morning when rap impresario Master P and his brother, rapper Silkk the Shocker, pleaded no contest to weapons charges stemming from their arrests last year for driving a vehicle that contained guns not registered to the two men. The brothers faced up to three years in state prison if convicted.

Master P (aka Percy Miller) was not present in court and had his lawyer do the talking for him. In exchange for his no contest plea, the felony weapons charge he faced was reduced to a misdemeanor, he was sentenced to one day in jail (which he won't have to do because he has credit for time served), ordered to pay a fine of $720 and will have to serve 40 hours of community service either with Hurricane Katrina relief efforts or speaking to high school students about the danger of guns. The judge gave the 'Dancing With the Stars' contestant 90 days to complete these requirements.

His brother -- whose real name Vyshonn Miller -- was not so lucky. His charge was not reduced -- he pleaded no contest to the felony and was placed on three years felony probation. He was also ordered to pay a fine and serve the same community service as his brother. - Click Here for the Full Story

Jonas Brothers
Special Ops reports: Jonas Brothers will release their debut album It's About Time on May 2nd, 2006.

"Music on Red Bull." Without hesitating, that's how 17-year-old Kevin Jonas describes the hyper-adrenalized sounds he's created with his two brothers, 13-year-old Nicholas and 16-year-old Joseph, on the Jonas Brothers' debut album, It's About Time. And it's no wonder since the boys' influences include an eclectic mix of artists ranging from the Ramones to the Jackson 5 to the Modern Lovers - all purveyors of tight, catchy anthems. One thing is for sure, the Jonas Brothers are all ready to keep the momentum going strong. "We go crazy on stage!" says Kevin. "It's so much fun!"
