i.e. marketing reports: Code Black recording artist Jeff Austin Black, will be among the 60+ artists to kick off the first Wave Gathering Music Festival in Asbury Park, NJ May 20 and 21.

The 2-day music festival's purpose is to revitalize the Asbury Park music scene, which was put on the map by such artists as New Jersey natives Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi. TMZ reports: Former 'Baywatch' beauty Donna D'Errico has filed for divorce from Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx after 9 years of marriage.

D'Errico is claiming irreconcilable differences and is seeking physical custody of their 5 year-old daughter Frankie-Jean and her 13 year-old son Rhyan from a previous relationship. Staff Meeting: Dan Upton

antiMusic reports: A lot of people work hard to make antiMusic what it is. So with our 8th anniversary we felt it was time to spotlight each writer so you can get to know them a little better. Over the next few weeks we will be posting a small portion of each staff person's new profile page. So let's begin and get to know Dan Upton a little better.

Dan is from Charlottesville, Virginia and has been with antiMusic for almost a year. The first CD he purchased was Dave Matthews Band's 'Under the Table and Dreaming' and his first concert was Dave Matthews Band with Bruce Hornsby and Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise . He lists Dave Matthews Band, Bela Fleck & The Flecktones, Dream Theater, Soilwork, Days of the New, Celldweller, Scott Henderson, Wes Montgomery, Ra and Sevendust as his Top 10 Favorite artist. His musical pet peeves are "Generic beats (if you're not going play instruments, at least be creative with the technology), lyrics that don't mean anything, and the people who love/"get" them (see: emo)". His favorite part of antiMusic is "Keavin's editorial comments on news."
