F**k Spiders, Black Widow Bite Won't Stop Full Blown Chaos
Press Release reports: After a great show in Ft. Lauderdale, Full Blown Chaos went back to their hotel room to party. Vocalist, Ray Mazzola states, "I had a couple of large Jager beverages and passed out on the floor of the room." The next day Ray felt a lingering pain in his knee. "I have never felt such a sense of inner blight," says FBC's frontman. Still not missing the show that night, Ray became immobilized after their set and "took a bunch of antihistamines to bring the cantaloupe sized swelling down." Ray continued to feel soreness and cramping in his joints/muscles. He felt his blood boiling and having fever, nausea, sweats, and shakes.

With concern, Ray asked nature buff, Gary Holt of Exodus to take a look at his knee. Gary instantly told Ray that he was bit by a black widow. After going with the hospital, Ray found out the truth to Gary's claim. He was bitten by a Southern Black Widow in his sleep. Too late to receive treatment, Ray had to endure the symptoms and deal with sporatic pain and stiffness. With all this pain, FBC only missed two Canadian dates to follow up with the doctor. In conclusion, Ray states, "f*** spiders."

Full Blown Chaos will continue to tour through Ozzfest in support of their upcoming album "Within the Grasp of Titans" out on Stillborn set to be released on July 11th [see full story for dates]

Black Eyed Axl
TMZ reports: The students at LA's San Fernando High School probably weren't alive when 'Sweet Child O' Mine' was a hit song for Guns N' Roses in 1987. But that didn't stop Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas from belting out her own rendition for them on Thursday and it was... interesting.

The high school won the Verizon Wireless' Rock Ur Skool contest; the prize was a private, Black Eyed Peas concert. The Peas rocked the stage for an hour as students jumped and screamed for the hip-hop group.

But in the middle of 'Don't Lie,' the band transitioned into the hit GNR song and things went quickly south. Fergie's voice was as out of control as Patrick Kennedy driving at 3:00AM.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Staff Meeting: antiGUY
antiMusic reports: A lot of people work hard to make antiMusic what it is. So with our 8th anniversary we felt it was time to spotlight each writer so you can get to know them a little better. Over the next few weeks we will be posting a small portion of each staff person's new profile page. So let's get to know antiGUY a little better.

antiGUY pays rent in Yorba Linda, Ca and has been with antiMusic since the summer of 99. The first album he purchased was a Star Wars record and his mom took him to his first concert: Elton John on the "Still Standing Tour" . He lists Clutch, Rush, Guns N' Roses, Dio, AC/DC, Motorhead, The Damned, The Ramones, Rolling Stones and Tool as his Top 10 Favorite artist. His musical pet peeves are "So called music without any musicians. Talking dirty accompanied by a drum machine is not music. I'm not saying all rap sucks, I love some of the earlier stuff like Ice T, Eazy-E, Public Enemy, 2 Live Crew etc but rap seems to be in its hair-metal phase now; all posing with very little substance. Also out of touch rock stars that think they should tell us which out of touch politician to vote for. Like a rock star is going to have the same concerns as most ordinary working folks." His favorite part of antiMusic is "The variety of music covered and the quantity of coverage. You can easily spend over an hour each day just reading the new stuff posted." Click the full story to learn more about antiGUY and discover more about his deep hatred of accordions, his secret words to a happy marriage and a lot more!
