(sanctuary records) Widespread Panic will toast the release of Earth to America (Sanctuary/Widespread Records), their first studio album in three years, with an exclusive free release day party/performance at New Yorks Irving Plaza on June 13. Irving Plaza was an important stop on the way up for Widespread Panic, a band that has sold out multiple dates at both Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden in New York. Tickets will be given out through NYC-area radio stations beginning June 5, through an online lottery of those who have pre-ordered the album from Widespread Panics website, and through contests on jambase.com, relix.com, and musictoday.com For this one-of-a-kind concert, Widespread Panic will play the 10 tracks from Earth to America plus 2 bonus tracks from the vinyl edition of the album- the only time the band will play Earth To America in its entirety.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
