. (thetripwire) The Charlatans UK have a soft spot for former Libertine Carl Barat. According to NME, the band has apparently recorded a song titled "Hard To Be You (Song For Carl)," which will be featured as a b-side on the group's next single, "NYC (There's No Need To Stop)."
