(Blabbermouth) The 2006 edition of Dimefest — the annual benefit concert in remembrance of late PANTERA/DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott — will take place on Saturday, August 19 at the Ridglea Theater in Fort Worth, TX.
