(KNAC) San Diego power metal band BENEDICTUM have parted ways with drummer Blackie Sanchez due to musical differences. "We wish Blackie the best of luck in his future endeavors - we had some great times together but over the last few months it became apparent that we were moving in different directions", said the band in an official statement. "We are happy to announce that we have found an awesome new drummer named Paul Courtois who we've been jamming with and things have never been better.
