. (CMJ) Chicago-based Victory Records, fresh off expanding their operational capacity, has announced that it will remove its music catalog from the popular subscriber-based online music store eMusic. Victory founder Tony Brummel, an outspoken opponent of outlets like eMusic for making music "disposable," was reportedly upset with the new eMusic service Connoisseur, which allows users who download in mass quantities to get songs for as low as 25 cents a track when they stretch the plan to its max.
