(Extra) The hard rock band Fuel breaks big news on "Extra." The platinum rock band has named a new lead singer.

After lead singer Brett Scallions quit last year, band mates Carl Bell and Jeff Abercrombie were left without a front man. They went on a worldwide search, auditioning thousands of singers and today are pleased to announce first on "Extra" that Toryn Green has officially been tapped the new lead singer of the hit band.

Green says, "You come from playing literally on sidewalks, small stages and all of a sudden it's like would you like to play in front of a few thousand people! I think I can do that!"

Fuel is fired up about their new front man, a tour starting in May and their fourth album, which will feature wild rocker Tommy Lee on one of the tracks. The album, unofficially titled, Angels and Devils, will be out this July. Long onto www.extratv.com for more with Toryn Green and "Fuel."
