Sum 41 Vs Dubya

04/26/07
.
(punkbands) There's a song on the new [Canadian pop band] Sum 41 record in which Deryck Whibley, the johnson to Avril Lavigne's punanny, says the "And now the president's dead/ Because they blew off his head/ No more neck to be red/ I guess to heaven he fled." Of course he's talking about George [W] Bush.

…Deryck issued a statement saying the line is a metaphor... A metaphor using the term "The President of The United States." [OMG how punk rawk!]
