According to witnesses, Axley punched Andy Richardson, 30, after the two exchanged words and Axley took Richardson's cap during a KORN concert at Hi-Fi Buys Ampitheater last July.
Richardson fell unconscious onto a concrete sidewalk and Axley allegedly punched Richardson again. Richardson suffered skull fractures and severe head injuries. He died two days later at Grady Memorial Hospital. [see full story for more metal news]
